Very popular for a reason. The BEST chicken I’ve ever had!! The seasoning makes you wonder what you’re smelling and makes you hope it’s your food which smells so amazing! A serious MYST TEY. The Strawberry fair waffles are superb and enough to fill anyone up . If nothing else, try the Oreo milkshake… it’s out of this world!!

They were able to seat our party of nine immediately. Everything thing was perfect and the portions were huge! Loved the goat cheese in my omelette!

Avenue Brunch House is a local spot that I've always wanted to try. It's always busy, and I didn't want to wait. Today, it was an hour wait, but I waited. I only tried the chicken and waffle. It was good. I would like to return to try some other items. There's free parking in the back. The atmosphere was family friendly. The service was exceptional.

We went for a Friday brunch during the 2024 NFL draft. The place was very busy, and we had a bit of a wait but nothing crazy or unnecessary. We had a skillet and an order of pancakes and scrambled eggs. The portions were huge and the food was great!

This place is awesome, great food, taste and size super delicious very kind waiters and host !! By far one of the best breakfast places I’ve been to. Avenue Brunch ⭐5 for sure!!!!

This place is a secret gold mine. Very affordable dishes and large portions. Food is VERY GOOD. The staff is super attentive to the customers. My date dropped a steak knife and they immediately rushed over with a new one before he could even think about it. He was also accommodated for his steak when he asked for it to be tweaked. One of the workers was watching and could tell he was bothered about something. Truly appreciate the effort in ensuring customer satisfaction.

This place is absolutely amazing, food is delicious and service is great. We didn't realize how much food you actually get, so of course we had to take some with us. I definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE that is traveling through or lives here. Would definitely stop back in if I'm ever out this way again. 10 out of 10 for sure

I went with a group and was thoroughly impressed! Our service from arrival to being seated & served was exceptional. Our server was very attentive to all 9 of us and everyone was so pleasant. I had the chicken and waffles and boy, was I blown away!!! The Brussel Sprouts and Loaded Fries were really good. Guests at the table had Shrimp, Salmon & Grits, Chili, Lobster Mac and everyone raved! Everyone! We had such a great time. We told one of the managers that we would be back and he shared that for groups, we could stop in to reserve our space in line (to be seated). They could then text us when our table is ready (to prevent a long wait at the restaurant). They are often really busy & only have 2 "waiting to be seated benches". If you have not been, you have to go. If you've already been, you have to go again!

We went here a few weeks ago for the 1st time because it was talked about quite often. This place exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Sugar French toast and didn't realize it came with Ice Cream. It was amazing and made well. I ordered a side of eggs and beef bacon, which were also cooked perfectly. I didn't expect beef bacon to taste almost as good as pork bacon, but it was great. The real star was trying my wifes fried chicken and waffle. That was the best fried chicken and waffle to date. Mine was great, but this place will be in regular rotation because I need that chicken and waffle. Amazing food, honestly. Place was a tad small but really good with great servers.

Food was delicious! Server was sweet and attentive. We went on a random weekday to avoid the crowd and was glad! Decent portion sizes so you'll get full for sure! Nice selection good breakfast food!

Alhamdulillah the food here was amazing, as is the owner Nessa (I believe). The service was quick, polite and she was walking around the dining room to ensure everyone was taken care of us. This was especially important because they were packed and there was a line out the door, for good reason. The food here was likely some of the best brunch food I have had all over the US. We had to talk to her after and thank her for everything, that’s how unbelievably good it was. Go early, and go hungry, you won’t be disappointed. I went with friends but have been telling my wife that I can’t wait to visit again.

The best breakfast I ever had in my entire life and I’m a foodie. Great atmosphere, customer service and great food. Cant wait to go back

Wow! Best food I’ve had in a long time, and my man agreed also. He had classic chicken and waffles, and I had the cali burrito, both cooked absolutely perfect so much flavor, large portions, food was fresh and came out fast, not to highly priced. 10/10 experience, will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.

Wait time was a little long on a saturday afternoon but the service was great. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is a little loud.

The food was amazing! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos. The portions are large. The atmosphere was lively. Service was great, had someone coming to the table frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. The staff were all welcoming.

Aside from the food, I want to give a huge thanks to the staff at this brunch house ESPECIALLY Rima and Louise. Louise saw that I had two young hungry kids and quickly was able to seat us. While I was dining in, my niece didn’t feel well. Our server, Rima, packed up the entire table while I was attending to my niece, all while keeping my young son entertained. She was very thoughtful, kind, professional, and compassionate. The world needs more places like this and people like her 🙌

Great food, great service. They have a diverse menu - the name fits as it includes a variety of breakfast and lunch choices. As others have stated, the portion sizes are huge. All of our meals were spot on and everyone enjoyed them. If you have a sweet tooth you will really be excited with the sugary section of their menu. We found the only downside is the fact that the dining room was rather loud. It was hard to hear each other and the waitress over the noise of the room.

The service is top-notch, with attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is perfect. And the food? It's simply divine. Every dish is bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. We absolutely love coming here and can't recommend it enough! We feel at home here love you Hajje!!
