Was having a bad day and the App decided to change my pickup from here to the one on Michigan Ave. Not only could I not cancel it through the app, but i called the one on Michigan Ave. and they said they couldn't cancel it. So I ordered from here and the manager and staff were very helpful and kind. They even upgraded my meal for the hassle and I really appreciate it. Small things like that go a long when when someone is having a bad day.

Did the drive through on a Monday morning and all the workers we talked to were cheerful, friendly, and very nice to talk to! Got our order entirely right. Thanks for a great morning!

I had 4 different orders at midnight they were very accommodating.

Strawberry shake with no whipped cream! It's my go-to when I order anything!

Food was fresh. MDs is really great when fresh but it doesn't happen often.

Order a happy meal in the drive thru and they totally messed it up. We order a 4 piece nugget meal and we didn't even get the nuggets just a nugget container of tartar sauce. Omg we were so mad. We went back in they gave us our money back and up graded us to a 10 piece nugget and gave us more fries. Very happy with the service here. So glad they went above and beyond to fix the problem. Best McDonald's! Obliviously it was all an accident.

I could tell the manager Jessica cared about her store it was very clean the bread was soft and the food was fresh and good I don't usually eat at McDonald's but when I do it'll definitely be a at Jessica's

Cynthia the night manager helped me. She was very kind and sure the order was accurate, fresh and she was very personable.

9/20/22 ETA: This is not a rant, but a rave 😊 I just had to come on here and say the guy that took my drive thru order on Sunday night (9/18/22), Trent I believe his name was, was AWESOME. Whenever I go through a drive thru anywhere, never do the employees tell me different sales I could utilize. The only recs I ever get are just current promos for new items. This guy though went above and beyond, saved me $10 that I would have, and was about to spend. And, the items I got were better (more "premium" items) than what I was going to order. In this economy, and with everyone "quiet quitting" everywhere, I cannot tell you how much I truly appreciate this. Trent deserves a raise and a bonus IMHO! I asked to speak to the manager and told her how awesome he was. I hope at the very least he gets some kind of recognition because if he's going above and beyond at what I assume to be the end of a shift on a Sunday night (based on the time i was there), when most people are just ready to quickly leave and go home, I know he's got an incredible work ethic. OG REVIEW: I've been really happy with this McDonald's this year. It's become my go-to location. It used to be the absolute worst about 4 years ago but they sure turned things around since then. Occasionally there's something missing, but that's common everywhere you go. And, the only time I have been told "our shake machine is down", it wasn't the typical scenario of most McDonald's where its just late and they're breaking it down to clean. They were waiting on a part to be delivered. I have no complaints at all. Food is good and consistent.

This is the only McDonald's that I go to that actually has my drink every time. And they always make it Exactly how I want it. I go here everyday I work!!!

Chicken Sandwich and Fries were A1! It hits a lil different at night when you're hungry. Combo was made fresh. Hot food. Drive thru service was A1 too. Window 1 & 2 had great service

AND in all fairness making customers regret their visit is not GOOD BUSINESS PERIOD.
Some workers forget that their obligation to that job is also BEING THE FACE of a company to whom took a chance on these individuals who have no filter . CHANGES ARE ALWAYS MADE an those not willing to ACCEPT THE CHALLENGES an requirements they will be replaced with someone who will do what they don't want to do! b

The customer service is GREAT! When you pull up at the drive-thru speaker, the employees are polite, & actual say, (Welcome, & how may I help you) & that leaves a welcoming feeling as a customer. Oh, & I 4got 2 mention, they're pretty quick also.

The place was clean and quiet . Service was quick

The drink machine was out of ice, but they gave us a drink from over the counter, which was cold, but our refill was warm .

But it was good overall. 👍

This McDonald's was good. Our burgers were fresh but we could tell our fries had been re-dropped. But the best thing of all was my milkshake that was a 24 out of 10!!! That's what gave them the 5th star I was giving a high 4

Small, but excellent. Food was wonderful, better than restaurants served; and they actually brought it out to you! The entrance way is small and there is not a place for a long line to gather, so this is probably why. The employees are all nice and work quickly together.
As I was leaving the manager held the door open for me, even though he had obviously just clocked out fot his break.
Very clean dining area. No play place. (I didn't check out the restrooms. Sorry.)

The breakfast was excellent it was hot and the workers who waited on my nurse and myself was beautiful with an attitude of blessfulness☺🙏 I will go back only if I know they going to be at the window and the cook who prepared the food. They should get a raise for there spirit ☺🙏

Received my food in a fare amount of time. Food was fresh and the customer service was amazing. Usually at other restaurants the staff are very rude and rush me to order. Definitely will become a regular from now on.

One of the recently remodeled locations, this McDonald's is a nice establishment. Clean and inviting, it is a great location to dine in. The staff is friendly and fast providing an excellent customer experience. The drive thru is open 24 hours to serve customers around the clock. This has become one of my favorite locations for short meetings with clients. Among the many McDonald's on Telegraph, it is one the better locations if you need to make a stop.
