Sweet Lou, Young Chris, Manager 2 Collin were amazing! Food was fantastic! 1st time there and gave me a free Drink from the fountain. Very comfortable place and DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!

Walked in to order a strawberry milkshake. Order was taken immediately and milkshake was made within minutes. It was such a fast transaction which I appreciated! Friendly & fast service. Will definitely return!

Great food , the manager of 10 years or longer is Great with the employees and great with customers. Ate there two days in a row (Fri & Sat) while on my work shift. Very clean. I'd order food for the whole family and not worry about getting sick. Most places don't use gloves , touch everything including money & handle food again. Very clean and & Great Staff

Amazing service and sandwiches!! Always quick service and fresh food all the time! I originally got addicted to their loaded potato soup, then switched to their BLTA sandwiches. They also have good chips. The staff is amazing and patient with orders, and their extremely friendly! The staff memorized my order on the second day I came. I recommend coming here!

Visited the shop today and had a nice meal. We've been to plenty of locations and what made this one special is a young man name Colin (or Collin). His customer service was amazing: kind, polite and quick. He has a really good energy and makes the place feel welcoming and professional. You guys are very lucky to have him!

The most yummiest sandwiches I ever tasted! The atmosphere was so cool. It was like being on vacation at a very unique venue. The live entertainment was a nice surprise one of the times because I usually don't see that. Must of been a day picked where they do that. I would recommend this place to all my friends. It was a bit pricey but well worth the excellent food.

Lets talk about the morning staff this morning on 3/16/2022 ! Everyone was so polite ! positive energy ! made you feel welcomed . Every single one of them from the lady with the red hair to the one who made my sandwich !! Customer service goes a long way and I appreciate this team !! Thank you again . =]

A recent review spoke of the customer's enjoyment of the loaded baked potato soup and BLTA sandwich. Myself, I am partial to the Italian sandwich, but I also give the soup high marks. I think it doesn't really matter what you order -- it will be of high quality and very enjoyable. So it's really just a matter of figuring out which one of Potbelly's numerous choices best suits your taste.

Love this franchise!. I tried their new pulled pork sandwich after years of eating fully loaded turkey sandwich the other week and I was so pleasantly surprised that I finished the whole thing even though I wanted only a half :D always like the atmosphere because they usually have a local guitar performer. Highly recommended

The pic is not the best lol, but the sandwich was great. Also had an Oreo milkshake, amazing. Did the order online and everything was ready at the proper time. Will definitely have again.

My favorite sandwich shop chain by far. Great baked sandwiches, shakes and I love the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. Their soups are tasty, the mac and cheese is excellent and don't forget to try the salads too. I wish they would have brought back the Frozen Raspberry Lemonade this summer. Hopefully next year. I can drink that stuff by the gallon. Please bring it back!
