The Manager at this place rocks! Took the time to find the product for me as opposed to the places. Order it for me and called me for pickup immediately upon arrival. Then got her crew to help me load it! Wonderful service!

Got some hard to remake keys remade! I went to so many other places they were not available so if you have a hard to find key you need try this place

Usually get help when you need. May be young but they're knowledgeable. Never up sell me, I like that. Close staff who work well together. If u want a large item, buy online & then just pull around to pick-up w/ I.D. & they'll load up for you. Great selection. Wish outdoor area had a greenhouse setup. Always ask if u think it's not in store. May leave w/o seeing your item.

This place is such a gem, they have such an amazing selection of home improvement products. Plus! They carry Benjamin Moore paint. I love this place and the people who work there are great.

Very nice clean store. Been going here for years with my Dad. Took my kids with me today. Used there Help Center for first time(in40+years) today. The employee that helped me took a vague "i need help with this issue" and turned it into "this should work for what you told me." I say Thank you and excellent job.

Came in 15 minutes before close, in a rush for some oak and apple wood for my smoker. I expected to annoy the employees with my late entrance, like you tend to get from any other store close to closing. The employees were all facing the store and making the store look nice for the next day, but still took the time to smile, say hello and ask me if i needed help.

Ashley is amazing! My daughter and me went to the store like 5 minutes before closing time. And were never rushed or the employees never seemed to want us to hurry up. Great people work at this location. Great team work with having great customer service! Also, Andrew thank you for your great customer service. I will be back to see you guys. And thank you again, for your smiling faces and friendly words. Really meant alot to two people going through alot right now.

Chase over at this location was extremely helpful with an online order I placed. He went above and beyond to help make the transaction as easy as possible. He even pulled the order as I was placing the order so that when my laborer arrived it would be ready with as little down time as possible (I can't tell you how many times the "big box stores" have failed in this area of customer service). Will definitely use this location again.

Needed some simple plumbing parts and didn't feel like braving one of the giant stores and waiting in line for a 1/2 hour for a $2 part. Store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Support your local hardware store. I cannot stress this enough. The big box stores are looking to kill all independent hardware stores. Ace/ACO have been a beacon of truth all these years. Where else will one find old style anything let alone all one would ever need to grill. Thank you for existing, please shop local.

They answer stupid questions politely. And since a good portion of their staff are women I have yet to encounter the male condescension that I have found at other hardware stores.

The staff asks what you are trying to do in order to guide you to what you really need rather than just what you think you need. I always seem to buy more than I intended, but I have yet to buy something that I really didn't need in the long run. That is good salesmanship.

Also, be on the lookout for their specials especially for stuff like SANDERS, pop and toilet paper which one does not normally associate with ACE.

By the way, I drive past two other hardware stores in order to shop here.
