On Black Friday, I went to a different location to upgrade my devices, upgrade my plan and shift a couple of lines to a separate plan. I couldn't complete everything that day because I didn't have my phones physically with me, and fast forward 6 weeks later, tons of phone calls and visits to multiple locations, I was left without an upgraded plan and a much higher bill than promised. I visited the Dearborn corporate store, and their miracle workers were able to get everything resolved (despite the complexity, confusion over what happened at the other stores, and multiple steps and investigation). There was one more step that needed to be completed two days later, and I was promptly called as promised to confirm everything was properly resolved. Special thanks to Risto and Eli for their great customer service and pulling out all the stops and getting my issue FINALLY resolved!!

Risto and Rathwan were great! They were very informative and patient. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a couple years and although I enjoy my service, getting good customer services is another thing. These two guys have turned me into a believer.

I recently ordered a new, unlocked IPhone from this location to be shipped directly to my house. The entire process took 15 minutes at the most. Justin was so efficient and friendly. I highly recommend seeing him for anything you might need.

Store customer service was incredible everyone was friendly and helpful. I was worried about my issues but Jamal was very kind and helpful he made sure that everything I asked him to do is done perfectly. This store is amazing very recommended.

Was helped by a rep named Rathwan. Very professional and helped me set up my iPhone 15 pro max. Service was quick and professional.

Great service. We got taken care of quickly, despite the crowd in the store. All of the Staff were kind and attentive. The store was a bit of a drive from where we live, but it was worth it. They are the only store around other than Lansing, that do phone repairs. Great experience!

Leah was amazing! The store was busy but as soon as she took care of me she resolved the issue I had going on, on my daughters sync up kids watch. I LOVE when people take the time to actually do their job! Thank you :D

Finally qualified for 5G home internet this is a big deal for me since I live in an extremely rural area. I went into the Dearborn location and was met with extremely professional staff. Especially Eli he shared my enthusiasm for finally qualifying for internet and we talked about gaming while he went through the process of signing me up. No issues was in and out in 10 mins with a 5 g gateway. internet works great even out in the sticks!!!

I went to the store to upgrade phones for my entire family. I worked with Amanda. She is the most kind and considerate sales rep I’ve ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be back and I will go wherever she goes!! You’ve got a keeper!

I was having a horrible day, phone had been stolen, so my anxiety was through the roof. Luckily the employees Victoria, Jay, and Mia were there and all very helpful and patient with me and my situation. It was the best mobile store experience I’ve had in a long time.
