I go to this post office pretty often to get packages scanned and I like the staff actually. Mostly at the time I go, it’s either Ron or Frank at the counter and they are always helpful and nice. Even though I could just drop off the packages in the bin, I take it to the counter and Frank scans them for me anyways. People like me leaving positive reviews live in the neighborhood and we know our post office and the staff. They have been there for years and do a good job.

I have never written a review about a post office before, but I had such a fantastic experience with Amanda. I ran into a little issue with my passport renewal application, but she patiently assisted me. She was extremely helpful. Thank you!

I prefer this post office. I am always treated kindly, and the staff always does an excellent job. I like that the staff takes their jobs seriously, by that I mean they are very direct with their responses and are knowledgeable.

This is the very best post office service ever. I was truly delighted at how efficient and friendly they were. I had some metered mail I needed to send and the friendly person at the counter explained how I can get it tracked cheaply and shipped quickly. He addressed all my questions in an expeditious and effervescent manner.

I went in today hoping it would be a quick in and out and it was. My favorite person was there, Ron. He's so nice and upbeat every time I've gone in there. Today he was laughing and smiling and it was so nice and refreshing. I've been to other post offices and everyone seems like they are in a bad mood. He always works quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!

This satellite post office could literally be an extension of my office. I love that there is self service for shipping and that all of the box sizes are available to fill at any time. Passport services can be done here too. Parking can be busy, but the lines for the agents are never too long of a wait except during the holidays.

Very helpful staff. I was clueless about mailing packages for my spouse and expected the usual treatment by government employees... where they treat you like an idiot and you feel like you are being a PITA for making them do their job. But that was NOT my experience here. It was easy and painless. 5 stars!

This is the best Postal Staff I have ever seen. They are so sweet. They are efficient, fast and personable. They are always so pleasant. I have to go to the Post Office all the time and they are always great!!! I have never used a post office like this one. I am a business owner and having to go to the Post Office all of the time, for years, I know what to normally expect. They exceed all expectations. I changed my P.O. Box to that location and only go there unless they are already closed for the day. The whole staff is great but my two (2) favorite personalities are Ron and Amanda. Great job guys, keep it up!!!

All three of the workers here that have been here for years have been very nice and actually very informative on cheaper shipping methods and tips. Never had one issue with them within the past 7-8 years of going here.

Great people . I always goes there. All of them are nice and answer for all questions. Helped me many time. I always reach at last minute. Amanda,Ron and Frank always welcomed me with happy face and helped me to ship my item. Thanks again 😊

Most of regular staff are efficient and helpful. Can get very busy but lines move fast which doesn't leave a lot of time for small chit chats. There are also several kiosks to avoid waiting.

I am typically nervous going to USPS, and based on past experiences at other locations felt like I was being lectured...but this location consistently has amazing, personable and helpful employees. I hope this location is recognized for how awesome they are!

Best USPS I've ever gone to. I had to drop off a package and I saw a big line, but I was surprised at how fast the line was moving. I was here for not even a minute. I live in Shorewood and I come all the way over here for the great service. Keep it up!

Today I went to renew my Passport and was helped by Antoinette who was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She was efficient and expedient and I want to acknowledge helping me.

Amanda, the service clerk working on Dec. 3 was fantastic. despite the long lines she handled the job very efficiently and with courtesy!! great job.

Nicest staff, found something I accidentally put in the mail before it got shipped out. Quick and efficient. Also had the mobile stain if the line gets long. Only post office I will go to.

Very good service with smiles. They let you all your options. The line could get long but moves pretty fast. Also, clean and good location. Free parking!
