Strader's Garden Center

You have the nicest plants and usually nicest staff. Went to buy plants today. But the sales person didn't have time for a question? One minute of random kindness can make your Day. One minute of rudeness can ruin your day. Don't know when or if I will be back. Update ----! I have been back since then I went to find they still have the nicest plants! So no worries somebody just had a bad day it was a good day when I was back there!

Had a fun little trip to start our (her) herb garden this summer. Couldn't track down the citronella geraniums (helps keep the bugs away from our patio), but someone working there knew right where to find them! Beautiful place with beautiful staff ❤

Went here to look for air plants. They had plenty and new ones getting in packed. Bonus points for store cat who is super cute and kind. They have a few treats to my dog who goes in with me too. Otherwise place is very clean and organized. Prices are good too.

Staff are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. TONS of selection and a great vibe inside and out. Prices are reasonable and you can find some rarer plants here if you know what you're looking for. Also pet friendly so bring your (well-behaved and leashed) fur babies! There is at least one cat living in the shop so please keep that in mind if bringing a pet who is cat-reactive :)

I buy my houseplants and garden flowers from here. They have variety of options and beautiful plants.

Giant selection in massive greenhouses for annual and perennial plants and hanging baskets. Quart and flat sizes, organized nicely, carefully tended and frequently cleaned displays and aisles. Nice carts, wide aisles. Easy access and parking, good checkout.

Super cute little garden center and place to pick up a Christmas tree. Very nice selection and indoors! Lots of great accessories and decor inside the store too. Would highly recommend for all your tree needs!

Strader's is one of my favorite garden centers. Went there today & it was overflowing with beautiful, healthy houseplants, annual & perennial flowers, vegetables & herbs. They have just about anything imaginable for your gardening needs. If you are a gardener, be sure to visit!

Strader’s gets a full 5 stars every time from me for its vast and well-organized selections of healthy indoor and outdoor plants and accessories (pots, tools, amendments, etc); However… over the past 15 years that I have been an occasional customer (about 4-5 times per year), I have yet to encounter a single friendly employee.

I've shopped straders for fifty years no problems. Their selection of plants is unprecademted. I've landscaped 6 houses I've owned and I believe that the beautiful plantings helped me sell them. I find there staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent plant health and selection. Prices here are better than local competition, but it seems like everything is expensive these days. My advice: arrive right when they open. Have a plan of what you're hoping to find. It can get crowded and overwhelming if you're not sure of what you want. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. They are helpful when you aren't sure exactly what you need. We left with the perfect shrubs for our location along with the instructions needed to plant them correctly. You will never get this level of service from the big box hardware store

The staff here are super helpful and very friendly. They have a large variety of plants that are reasonably priced. If you're in the Columbus area looking for plants, this is a great place to stop. I'm very happy with the houseplants I purchased here 🌿

I've quite buying plants anywhere else. Strader's plants just seem to do better. My guess is that, because they are a GARDEN store and not a hardware or grocery store. They do a better job or caring for the plants after they arrive - correct amount of sun, regular watering, removing dying plants, etc.

Love this place! Some of the aged ladies seem measurable at times. But over all the service is great, and this is the only location by them i've been where I have never seen bugs. Also see someone in there watering and cleaning the tropical plants as well. So if you love clean and healthy plants like me. This is the place to visit! I got this baby!

I personally LOVE plants - I can't get enough of them. From every garden center that I've ever visited, Strader's is the best. The employees are friendly, and from my experience, every employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable about their plants. Wonderful selection, great prices, and perfectly laid out.

Lots of beautiful fall flowers! Pansies, mums, asters, etc. Also, they have a good selection of fall planters.

Best selection of houseplants in the area, it's always well cleaned and stocked. I always appreciate their workers, every time I visit someone is quick to help and offer advice.
