They really take the time to make your purchase personal, from thank you emails from their founding partner Zach Gibbs to thank you cards from their courteous staff & the planting of a tree for your purchase, this company really knows the meaning of customer service! Jordan Bodde was exceptional to work with and extremely helpful and patient in helping us to select the proper window treatments to fit our windows. Their products are lovely and worth the price!

My experience with Jordan and Jose at The Shade Store in Easton Town Center exceeded my expectations. I had a one hour visit with Jordan in-store, we covered all the windows in the house. I left with a handful of great shade swatches to bring back to the house to test out on the windows. Jose (installer) was out the next day to take measurements of all the windows and within hours Jordan sent me a preliminary price quote. Jordan is professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, great communication skills and help direct me regarding shade selections for various areas of the house we just built. Once I placed the order I received regular updates regarding shipment arrival and an installation date. Jose is a master installer – his work is perfection. The installed shades are beautiful, it’s a high quality product and worth every penny. I’m grateful that I was able to work with Jordan, she held my hand through the entire process – she’s a pro. Wonderful customer experience throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly endorse The Shade Store.

We worked with Jordan at the Shade Store to design window treatments for a very complex part of our home. She made the whole process enjoyable start to finish. Jose then installed them into our 100 year old stone walls with incredible precision. The whole area turned out beautifully and I'm very thankful for Jordan and Jose, they are true professionals and were great to work with!

One of the best purchase transactions I've had, from the initial visit to the Easton store to the final installation. Stacey and Jose are excellent representatives for the company with their professional, efficient manner and excellent communication. The blackout shades are good quality, operate smoothly, and darken the room better than expected. We're very happy with this experience and will use The Shade Store again.

Recently my husband and I purchased solar shades for our 3-season room from The Shade Store at The Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH. The entire transaction beginning with selection and ending with installation was one of the most positive experiences we have had with a custom order. We first went to the Easton location several months before the remodel of our 3-season room began. At that time we met with Jordan who showed us the product and offered suggestions for the windows we were planning on having installed. Since we were not ready to make any firm decisions at that time, Jordan followed up with us every few months to check the progress of our project and to offer assistance. Her follow up was frequent enough to let us know she would be there to help when our project was complete but was not so frequent as to be intrusive. When we finally were ready for the complimentary measurement, Leza came to our home. She was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When we changed our plans for the covering for the sliding glass door, Leza returned a second time to ensure the measurement for the door was accurate. Once placed, our order was produced and sent to our home in less than two weeks. Installation went smoothly. Throughout our selection process, we had numerous questions regarding both product and process and Jordan responded timely and in detail to all of them. We are very pleased with our purchase and feel we received good value for the price we paid for the solar shades and installation. We are also pleased our shades were manufactured in the USA.

Jordan, Jose, and the rest of the Shade Store team were so wonderful to work with. I was very undecided on what style and fabric I wanted to use for our roman shades, and Jordan was very patient and helpful through the entire process! I am so happy with the results!!!

Jordan was so great to work with - she helped me choose the right treatment for our kitchen windows and when we landed on blinds, explained each and every option and feature available to me. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. As expected, from start to finish the process was very smooth. Jose was at our place within the week to measure and just a few short weeks later he was back to install everything. Jose was excellent, too - very friendly and great at his craft.
