After not accessing my unit for some time, I was having trouble with my apt.
Lee Ellen was able to walk me through the process and was able once again to gain access to my unit.
She was very friendly and understanding and very knowledgeable.
If I ever have another issue, I hope I am able to have her again as my customer service person.

Lee Ellen did a fabulous job helping me today. I came from Tennessee today and had to get another unit because the one I chose was not big enough. I will be renting for awhile. She was very patient and took great care of me.

This is my first time needing a storage unit, and I must admit, I was overwhelmed thinking about the process. Trying to find a storage that was suitable for our needs, the ease of renting the storage, and accessibility were all important to me. My husband mentioned that he had passed a new storage facility and suggested that we try it. It was the best decision we could have made. The facility is clean, great lighting and safe! The ease of
setting up the rental on my phone was paying for it, and accessing the unit was effortless. Then I decided I needed a second unit. I explored the app and needed a little bit of assistance. This morning I received a call from Greg at StoreEase. He stated he was calling to make sure that I had a good experience renting the storage unit, and he asked if I needed assistance with anything else. I told him that I needed help securing a second unit setting up my payment. He assisted me with the second unit and explained all the details. I am completely satisfied with my overall experience with this company.

This storage is state of art!!! Very clean unit with a great amount of room. The vitual assistants are great. Peyton assisted me with my move-in, and he was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. I recommend this facility to anyone that's searching for a modern day secured facility.

Changing Spaces helped us move recently and they were outstanding! This is the the third time we have moved them and they are the only ones we would use. Our movers, Anderson, Justin, JT and Drake were extremely courteous, professional and just all around great guys. Truly appreciate how they treat us and our valuables!

Automated sign up. Built-in locks with and app to get it and out. Easy access to my stuff anytime of night or day. Friendly staff answered my questions remotely. Billing was explained to me. This was a flawless transaction. It was 7 minutes from the time I paid to the time I opened my locker to check it out. I'm sold. I wish every company I paid money to was this easy.
