My visit to Chick-fil-A in Helena, AL, was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, with their classic chicken sandwich stealing the show. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. The team members were incredibly nice and attentive, making sure every customer felt valued. Despite the busy atmosphere, they remained friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone in the area looking for great food served with a smile.

I'm going to have to make a Chick-fil-A folder in my phone and save my and save my thoughts on the business and the employees. To date every Chick-fil-A I have visited has been a carbon copy of the previous except of course for the first one. The service you receive inside as well as outside is perfect. I have never received an incorrect order and everyone of the employees was very respectful. I have never found the indoor or outdoor portion of the business needing cleaning.

Oh, for those who don't know the meaning of the words carbon copy. Back in the good old days of typewriters if we wanted to make a quick copy of what we were typing we would slip two sheets of paper into the carriage of the typewriter with a piece of carbon paper between the two sheets of paper. What we typed on the top sheet was transferred to the second sheet. Now all we have to do is hit Cc and we can send a copy of our thoughts to 1 or 10,000 people at the same time.

Chick-fil-A is the best fast food to go through. They're fast and get your food right. If they don't which is like never they will fix and not complain about it. The have a mobile app too where you can add points and get free stuff...

Chick-fil-A consistently delivers top-notch service and delicious food. Their signature chicken sandwiches are perfectly crispy and flavorful. The menu offers a variety of options, catering to different tastes. The courteous staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, making every visit enjoyable. However, limited Sunday hours can be disappointing. Overall, Chick-fil-A remains a go-to spot for quality fast food and exceptional customer experience.

Solid drive-thru even in the afternoons between lunch/dinner rush, which I know most places find hard to staff. Haven't had an issue with my order yet.

Two of my friends and I met for lunch on Tuesday. Our food was hot and delicious. It was brought to us in under 5 minutes. Service was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. And we were told, "it's my pleasure." by the associates. We had a wonderful experience all around. Thank you Chick-fil-A for your excellence in service and in food!

We placed an order at 10:17, and at 10:50, we were informed they were out of breakfast. They made it right, but it took way too long to find out if we were going to get anything at all, and if so, when. Had we known sooner, we could have made other plans.

Great service and food was tasty. These people always give me in and out and record time which I really appreciate. Food is consistently delicious always hot and fresh and satisfy my hunger.

I would give their service 1 million stars if I could, no matter how busy they are, the longest I've ever had to wait is 11 minutes, and the food has always been amazing

I traditionally have a positive experience at this location- the people and demeanor are great. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes and pulling forward to get your order, but that means business is good, right?

I will always go to this location. Today someone could not pay for their food so the the cashier & manager made sure that the person left fed. Furthermore, they were kind, compassionate, and treated the customer with dignity. They were very discreet and treated the customer no differently than they would any other customer. Thank you so much for treating customers, regardless of socio-economic status or circumstances, with kindness and a smile! This location is the definition of a restaurant dedicated to community service.

It's Chick-fil-A, what can I say? Place is clean, workers are friendly, food is outstanding and served reasonably quickly. This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond expectations, as they all do.

As always, I'm doing something extra! I ordered on the app but for the wrong location! I'm glad I did because the food I reordered was so fresh, hot and delicious! The customer service was also on point, as always!!!

Celeste was super sweet! She remembered me by name when I came back up to place another order for my 1.5 year old. The dining area is always super clean as well as the bathroom. Food is always hot and good! Service was quick.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A in Helena to grab breakfast this morning.

Ordered in the mobile app and then pulled into the drive through. App recognize I was there. Gave my name to the attendant and was all done. Easy-breezy!!

I ordered a chicken and egg muffin. Chicken was hot and crisp. Egg was moist and warm. Muffin was lightly toasted. Overall, great taste.

Service was quick and pleasant. Chick-fil-A is always on point!!
