I ordered a chicken nugget combo at lunch today. The line moved fast in the drive thru. The food was very hot and freshly cooked the two young ladies in the drive thru were very fast and friendly. Great job!!

Drive-thru customer at 1:15 p.m. on a Saturday. They were stacked and busy and every employee that I encountered had a great attitude, hustled and seemed very considerate of everyone's needs. Really good visit today!

This location used to be ok at best. They were always slow, rude and got your order wrong. So i didnt eat here for a while, at lesst a year or two. But this year I decided to give them a try again. I have to say they have been great. The staff is super nice even when they are busy. My food is fresh and hot evrrytime I've gone. I order on the app and they have I have very rarely had to wait at all for my food.

Our server made sure our order was correct and complete and let us add 2 small kids shakes at the window! Very Nice!

They are so sweet. I never complain at places typically and I wasn't really today. I mentioned today when I ordered a Sweet Tea if they could test it to make sure someone had remembered to make sure the sugar was in there(I have been a server and a bartender so I know those things happen sometime so I wasn't saying it to be a problem, just wanted to be sure it was since last time it was more on the unsweet side). Well not only did they say absolutely they also wanted to take care of my lunch. That was so sweet and wasn't at all expecting it. So thank you Ladies!

Not typically my favorite McDonalds but stopped by today 12/29 around 3:15 and they were fairly busy, went inside placed my order and everything was perfect. There were only 2 people working and they were absolutely on top of everything. I really hope McDonalds acknowledges these two individuals, sadly I rejected the offer for a receipt so I didn’t get any names. Thank you both for working!

I'm giving five stars because frankly.. My expectations for any fast food are low lately.
Nice workers, order is always correct (knock on wood), clean... My only complaint, rather petty but I want my cookies fresh. There's a 50/50 shot that'll occur every time I return.
Overall, better than most McDonald's in the area

This was one of the cleanest McDonald's I've set foot in! The employees were young but kind. They even brought our food to our table. Service that I've never experienced in any McDonald's restaurant before. Amazing!

Was in town visiting family. Got breakfast here three mornings in a row, and this is a fast McDonald's drive-thru. Orders were correct, food was hot and tasty, and staff was friendly.

I ordered me a steak bis fast service it was a real steak and had grilled onions on it. OMG it was delicious people. So if y'all order it its not that fried breaded steak its real if u don't like onions u better tell them to 86 the onions. Dont forget to ask for some mustard it was awesome guys. Yo whoever just made my 1/4 pounder.. that was by far the best burger I ever had from McDonalds, no lie.. idk what you did but the big wigs need to give him/her or the crew a raise.. promotion.. all the above! WOW thank you, baba ba babAAA I LOVED IT

So I went there yesterday and ordered a sweet tea I love my sweet tea I'm from the south I didn't think to order a large because when you order a sweet tea at my McDonald's they just automatically give you a large and I'm in the middle of my work day and the lady has made a regular tea and I looked at that lady and said how you going to serve this to a southerner you know we like a large tea where I know it came off a bit rude but that lady fixed me another large tea I offered to pay for it and she wouldn't let me I appreciate that

Great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat. One of my favorite McDonald's. The staff is friendly and my order comes out correctly. Great place to sit, relax, and surf the Internet. LOL

Particularly like the one in Gulf Shores. The staff is generally more friendly and efficient than other locations I have visited.

It's Mcdonalds. As long as the food doesn't kill you and the employees get your order right and aren't in the worst mood (but hey, everyone has a bad day) then it's a 5 star McDonald's experience.

Service was efficient. Staff was cheerful. Coffee was great (and a great price too).

The food is reasonable and fairly good. Employees are friendly and helpful. My granddaughter loves the playground.

Very clean restaurant and the staff was so friendly and helpful!
