I never leave reviews but in this case I had to. I had to make a trip to the post office Saturday morning for my daughter and was dreading it. Just didn’t feel like dealing with bad attitude and non courteous postal workers. I didn’t even mind if it was a crowd. Well I was so pleasantly surprised that the postal worker that waited on me was pleasant, professional, and courteous. And he treated everyone this way! I think I heard someone call him James (not sure). But thank you I’ve trained customer service professionals and you sir are the real deal.

Nikita that works the front counter is the reason I gave 5 stars. Everytime I go in she is always professional, courteous, and has a positive attitude. That's a pretty big accomplishment considering some of the 1 star customers I've seen her deal with.

The people at USPS helena are very kind and helpful, especially Ms. April who is the most caring person. I appreciate her help so much.

Young lady delivering mail is to lazy to bring packages to your door. Left package in driveway.

Usually my packages come on time but lately my whole family has been having problems. It’s either mail we ship doesn’t deliver, or packages we ordered don’t come. The only way the packages actually get where they need to be is when we actually have to make a special trip to the post office to sort it out, and even then it takes a while for the mail to get to it’s destination. Whenever you try to call the post office to sort it out you have to spend a while on the phone with confusing recordings, and then on top of that you never even speak to another human. They should do something to fix this, and they should quit having all these confusing recordings, and just have an actual human answer the calls. If someone actually answered the calls instead of a recording, it would save people a lot of wasted time and confusion. Another problem we’ve had constantly is packages being delivered to our house that aren’t ours, and then we have to deliver them to the person they were meant to go to. The only reason I’m giving this post office a two star rating, is because of the excellent work they’ve done in the past. They need to fix whatever is going on, because I definitely never have to deal with anything like this when I’m getting packages from amazon or ups. Step up your game post office, and actually deliver the correct mail to the correct person on time.

Tried to go there today and black gentleman was screaming at everyone to close the doors. Think employees need to understand it’s Christmas and just serve people and quit worrying about the doors. The line was out to the sidewalk and poor lady on walker was cold.

The young blonde girl behind the counter was so rude! For everyone else sake, I hope her day gets better!
