Solful - Santa Rosa

Wow I visited this place 20mins before closing on a rainy night and the experience was SIMPLY AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and welcoming I felt like I had stepped into a little haven of MJ. The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer experience in my life. Plus the product is amazing and the layout so clear and easy to navigate. Will 100% be back!!

My fiance and I visited this store on 10/8 and had such an awesome experience. Steven helped us and was so pleasant and down to earth. As I walked around the store, every employee there greeted me or had something great to say about a product I was looking at. The security guard who first greeted us was rad too. Nothing but great vibes from everyone working.

As we left, another staff member was walking behind us likely starting their break and wished us a good one as we got into our car. To the Hiring Manager of this store, well done. And the store itself? Beautiful, well curated, clean, inviting. The sniff jar wall was incredible and well laid out. Great deals, great referral program. My fiance loves his Solful flower he got at 40% off and I've been enjoying my tincture and RSO tablets.

My fiance and I have both worked in the industry for nearly a decade, both of us have been GMs of dispensaries and we both currently work for I💛Jane. We were so impressed. Hands down one of the best dispensaries we've ever visited. We will be visiting again!

I love solful! One of the best dispensaries in sonoma county. The staff is well informed about their products and the medicinal uses of them. I refer all of my friends and family there. They make it so easy for new clients and people new to cannabis.

Love this place! Great selection and really nice boutique shopping experience. Very convenient that you can order ahead online and pick it up there, or get free delivery on orders over $100. So happy this place opened up! Will be going back

This is the best dispensary I've ever seen. They make great use of.a pretty small space. Every item is out for your inspection. You may pick up the items and examine them, see how much it costs or how good it smells. They have an open fridge for sauce and budder, etc. For weed they have clear containers with built in magnifying glass and sniff vents. Gummies and candy vapes and pre-rolls.
I left my Christmas list with the cashier.

Update Still a great dispensary. I have mobility issues and I have used their delivery service and was great by all of a sudden I went in recently and I didn't know a single person there. I also noticed that nobody has a one cent sale for over $100 I'll update again soon

I would honestly give a five because I love the Sebastopol location before they moved to Santa Rosa I was very excited when we got one closer to home however it's kind of insane to have $100 minimum for delivery and that is a downer for us that don't have transportation don't have cars they're going on her way to support our favorite businesses so little Savage
