I’ve visited 365 a few times but this week was unique. I had some heavies in my life and was scattered to the wind, lost all my medicine twice. I’m autistic, this can happen; but I cannot cope and wasnt coping at all.

A lovely young woman helped me, both times. They were very kind and discreet even though I knew they could see me in meltdown… despite, they leaned in and told me it was okay. They were so genuine and considerate of how embarrassed I might feel and hope I am used to being treated. Not this time. This young woman maybe saved my life today… she saved the day on a million levels and I was so honored to learn that she is the owner! Top job!! From the top down, I know this business is rooted in compassion and that is everything to me.

I actually haven't shopped inside of here... I just wanted to say 5-star for the BEAUTIFUL mural and color you painted the building. It adds such fun and spirit to an otherwise dull drive on Mendocino Ave. I smile when I see the life this brings to the road and community! Great job!!

We ordered online, but by mistake he ordered in Washington lol (stoner) instead of santa rosa so when he went in he had to order all over and they didn't have what the other store had but, they were very helpful and tried to fine similar items, definitely will be returning. 😁💚

Huge inventory, competitive prices, very friendly staff

While they were out of stock on some items, they were more than happy to take the time to help me find what I wanted. The gentleman at check-in was adorable and the young man who helped me out was knowledgeable and kind. And yes the prices here really did have taxes included so paying was a breeze. Thank you 365 for making it simple.

This is a little gem. Great staff and selection prices are straight forward. Atm on site and they charge a percentage on CC or Debit transactions. You can’t go wrong with stopping by and checking out their daily deals. The best shop in town just between you and me.

I absolutely love 365!!! I have been going here for about a year and half since moving to Santa Rosa from L.A. I have been to many, many, many dispensaries and they are the best. A very good selection at every price point and in any form. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. And very patient... And you pay the price listed, taxes are included.... That is impossible to find anymore. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

I stopped through here on my way up north, everyone was SO friendly and nice. I'd ordered online and it was a breeze picking up, even for out of state, they had me set up in 3 minutes.

This is the best place in santa rosa! A rotating menu combined with some great returning products AND tax included. Prices are better than a majority of the "high end" dispos out here in santa rosa. Their cheaper flower selection is great in quality for the prices you would recieve, and the selection of indoor is SUPERB and well worth the price ranges.
Customer service is also top tier. Friendly, patient, and knowledgable budtenders make each visit relaxed and comfortable. Love the staff and this dipo!!!!!
