Amazing experience every time I come I feel welcomed like family. There is a diverse option of different products, and all bud tenders are very knowledgeable. They are willing to guide you through your perfect journey into a great 420. I would highly recommend anyone this establishment it is definitely the best in the 707 area. Thanks again and I appreciate the time you guys took to cater to my needs I will be coming back very soon.

Came in for cartridges mainly. I love Jetty son I maxed out and got some Pacific Stone pre-rolls too (personal fave all strains are potent, smoke smoothly and burn evenly). Brought everything home and immediately set to testing all the cartridges. Uh ohhh one after the next, not a single one was working! Now I've had this happen in the past so I performed basic troubleshooting: charge the battery (check), test with older cartridge (check).... Still none of my stuff is drawing!! So I take it back... Everybody is confused of course. They test them.. they're all good. Now for real, I'm nice on the outside but pissed inside thinking I just spend a grip on nothing and for the first time in 10+ years Mercy won't help???? (I had some special words to myself on my drive home)...
Returning home, I decided Mercy ain't never done me dirty... It's gotta be me. Do it all again but this time actually look at the battery (crazy concept, I know) and I see it's pretty yucky in there. CLEANED IT to improve connectivity like my teller wisely suggested.... And voila! All is good in my neighborhood, happy lady once again.
Point being... I got great products for a decent price, tremendously friendly and empathetic service from all staff members and I got valuable and practical advice. Bow down.
So it's reasonable to trust that Mercy is now, has always been and will I strongly believe, continue to be, simply The Best. #MercyLoyal

Hector went above and beyond to show me product for the excruciating pain I'm in daily and i just came in for a vape cartridge! The guy from Chicago (his name I think starts with a J) he's also been extremely helpful Every Single Time he rings me up! The best dispensary chain in the North Bay. Really friendly and helpful staff. They have amazing 🤩 products. Don't miss their own label Small Batch flowers. They're indoor grown at the price of outdoor. Their store in Cotati is great, too.

Cannabis stores have become a familiar sight in the last few years. Mercy Wellness opened a couple of blocks from my home not too long ago. It gave me the opportunity to take a look up close and personal of what it was like on the inside of one of these stores. The first thing that impressed me was that the people working there were very nice to customers, and treated them with respect. I was offered a tour right away. What I learned was that they offer medicinal and adult recreational cannabis products for sale. You can still buy cannabis the old fashioned way, but now there are several new products to choose from. The store is very organized with a very knowledgeable team that provides positive customer experiences.
