One of the best Detroit Style pizzas in MN. Pizza is layered in a way that you get to experience a different flavor profile in every bite. Red sauce is perfectly balanced and the crust is airy and crunchy. I would of liked a bit more of a buttery crust but thats my own take. Service is great with all the staff helping each other out. A must try if your in the area. Place does get busy so plan accordingly and make reservations if need be.

Ordered the brussels sprouts, buffalo wings, and the Drunken Love pizza. Everything was tasty and generous portions for two. We sat at the bar and had good service. The restaurant is cozy, especially if you are closer to the kitchen with the heat from the pizza oven.

We have been multiple times and the pizza is so delicious every time! We also love the fries & brussel sprouts! My drink was one of the best I've had in a long time, such unique flavors! Great service!

In my top three places to go for pizza in Minnesota. Absolutely delicious pizza, perfect sauce, great topping combinations. Loved it and can’t wait to go back!!

We went for dinner last night and everything was amazing. We started with the Caesar salad, which was light and tasty. Next, the Filipino Adobo wings. They were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. They had a a subtle spice to them, but nothing overpowering. We got the the Dream Team Pizza—Pepperoni, Ricotta, Basil and hot honey. This pizza was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and had a nice sweet heat through. The sauce was light and fresh and the other toppings were great. I’m not a huge fan of ricotta but my wife loved it. Staff was amazing, 10/10 recommend.

Really great Detroit-style pizza with super crispy edges. The service was great and my daughter loved the claw games upstairs by the bathroom. Will definitely go back.

Started with the Filipino adobo wings. Great quality and sauce was very flavorful. The "Melt negroni" was tasty and another non alcoholic cocktail had great flavor also. Both pizzas were delicious! Their "Corn star" pizza and the "Funkytown" were what we chose. We'll definitely come back to try other items in the menu.

Detroit style pizza right here is Stillwater. Not sure what that means, delicious deep dish prepared in an oil pan. See photo of the OG pizza cooked to perfection with signature sausage, pepperoni, melted cheese …..

First time at Melt. My wife had seen ads and reviews of their pizza being amazing…and now we can agree first hand! Very tasty for sure. A little pricey for the size ($22) for six slices, but somewhat expected. We will definitely go back.

So nice to have a great Detroit style pizza in Stillwater! The crust is insanely good. It’s definitely a must go stop. Delicious pizza, ranch, and unique menu items. Also, such a cool atmosphere.👏🏼

First time visiting since Lolito moved. Another great option in downtown Stillwater! Pizza is great, as well as sides and other entrees (such as the Birra Ramen). Be prepared for the pizza to take about 20min to cook - it's a thicker crust. Just order some apps and a few drinks and enjoy the time there!

I would recommend Melt pizza. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, meatball parm, and the Dream pizza. The mozzarella sticks were good but nothing exceptional and the meatball parm was very mediocre. However, the star of the show was the their Detroit style pizza (8x10”). The Dream had red sauce, pepperoni, ricotta, basil, and hot honey. The bread was thick, but it was light and crunchy when eaten. The hot honey was a pleasant surprise that I have not had in pizza. I would describe this dish as having a unique taste that is definitely worth trying.

These guys are awesome. We bring people here all the time when they come into town. The bartender makes a great old fashioned, and the chefs make the best pizza in the state. Rock on. Great job!

We stopped in for brunch on Sunday. Had a hard time deciding what to get but had to try the pizza for first time and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend! I’ve seen a few reviews saying for the price you aren’t getting the biggest pizza but I consider myself a pretty big eater and can say you will be stuffed after eating a whole one by yourself.

Been back several times now and always delicious! They are updating menus and adding fun dishes. Did the Dan Dan noodles this week and they were great. Best Detroit style in MN I’ve ever had.

We had the Dream Team pizza with extra basil and it was yummy. You get hints of the hot honey especially around the crusty cheesy sides. We were so hungry and the pizza looked so good, that I forgot to take a picture. You get 6 big squares, that are perfect for two people. Definitely worth a stop!!

Melt Pizza is where it is at! Such a great addition for Stillwater. From their amazing pizza to their pasta dishes, appetizers, salads and chicken sandwich you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was top notch. Can’t wait to make this a regular dinner location for us! Do not miss out on this place!

I've been hearing about this Detroit style pizza pop-up for a while and finally tried it.

There is a parking lot in the back if you turn into the driveway just past Pedro's. I had no trouble finding a spot on an early Monday evening. I ordered a pick up for 5pm and the website says to allow a few extra minutes to get the pizza boxed up. There was a glitch in their computer system so I ended up waiting about 20 minutes but they threw in a gigantic and amazing chocolate chip cookie for the inconvenience. I get it--things happen! Great customer care.

The pizza itself is simply delicious. Generously topped with fresh ingredients. This is a dryer pizza, next time I might ask for extra sauce because that's my usual order for all pizza but as it comes you're more likely to taste the delicious crust and cheese.

Very filling and huge portions. If you're a fan of thicker crust, definitely check this place out. I saw a bowl of vodka sauce rigatoni being served to another table, it looked excellent.

The only downside to Melt is that the pizza takes awhile, which they warn you about. It's worth the 25 minute (exactly!) wait for a delicious and flavorful pizza. We ordered the gluten free version and it was both soft and crispy - so good! It's like there was a toasted layer of cheese outside with puffy (rare for GF) crust above. The sauce, toppings, etc. were full of flavor. Pizza was served piping hot, and we had a Lift Bridge root beer with it. The smaller pizza says it serves 1-2 and was definitely enough for the 2 of us.
