Torrid

I am one who always has the hardest time shopping for clothes. Being Plus size there is never anything "cute" that will fit me. Today that all changed because I visited Torrid for the first time! The clothes are super cute and the customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Heather you literally made my day in more ways than you know! If you are a curvey Woman this is where you need to buy all your clothes! I will definitely be referring all my plus size friends and family and will be back very soon!!!

Helen was amazing! She checked my Torrid Cash balance for me upon arrival and I surprisingly had much more than I thought. This information she provided allowed me to expand my budget so I was able to really take my time and look for several pieces.

She showed me some items she thought would be cute on me which was awesome because it's been literal years since I've been shopping in a physical store (I have recently lost some weight so decided to give it a try). She even showed me the MOST adorable kimono that I had missed looking and I ended up purchasing. I would have missed out on a great item if she hadn't brought it to my attention.

I was able to get some ADORABLE, flattering pieces for my summer wardrobe and with my torrid cash and additional 5% cc discount, I scored such a deal!! I was amazed at how much money I saved. I couldn't stop talking about it when I got home 😆

The customer service was top notch from the moment I arrived to when we left. Helen checked on me throughout and even gave feedback when trying the clothes on. I can't explain how beautiful I felt today. It's been a long time since I've felt that way about myself.

Helen is a total rockstar and I truly hope upper management knows that and appreciates her. She was hands down the nicest and most genuine store associate I have ever encountered!! Thank you, Helen for making my day so special. It meant more than you could ever know.

I do want to also mention the other associate that was there. I do not know her name but she had blonde hair and she rang up one of my purchases (I made 2 bc after the first purchase I ended up getting a couple more things before I left 😁) She was very nice and had a welcoming demeanor. They seem to be a dynamic duo.

I will be shopping in this store moving forward!!

I was on vacation in need of a new bathing suit bottom and found the Torrid outlet near St. Augustine. The entire staff was amazing and I of course bought more than I went in there for!!

I went to another plus size store before coming here and had the worst experience. I cannot be more grateful for Sam and Helen. I just had the best time at Torrid there customer service is absolutely amazing. They greeted me at the door helped me with things I needed to find and stayed with me even in the fitting room to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to meet my every need definitely a five star store. I really appreciate a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you for making my day

Wonderful experience! Was tasked with picking up a top my wife ordered online. I jumped at the opportunity! Big Beautiful women captivate and melt me. The models there were absolutely gorgeous! The service there was excellent!

Had my first time ever shopping at Torrid experience on Saturday, and I will say I am definitely a lifetime customer now. Heather was the associate who helped me from start to finish. She greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked in and informed us of promotions that were going on and because I had never shopped there before explained how sizing worked at the store. I had always bought my bras at another big name store but after Heather sized I came to learn the other store had sized me wrong for many years and it explained why bras felt so uncomfortable to me. Heather sized me at a 44DDD and the other store had been telling me I was a 38DD, hugedifference. She helped me get a bra that made me deel good but is also verycomfortable. She is an amazing asset to this store and I am very thankful to now be sized correctly.

Torrid is my go-to destination for all of my fashion needs. The customer service is consistently helpful & wonderful. They helped me pick out outfits for graduation, job interviews, and to overall boost my confidence. I never feel like I'm being judged & feel comfortable enough to try on pieces in the store. I will always appreciate their honesty & fashion advice. I love the variety of fashion pieces. Whether it's the normal price or clearance, you'll find something that will look stunning on you.

A year ago, I walked into this place as a very not passable Trans Woman who was recommended to Torrid due to the fact that my bigger frame was not going to fit in most women's clothing stores. I was nervous as hell, but low and behold the staff welcomed me with open arms and I walked out with a haul of cute and well fitting outfits.

Fast forward to now, I'm far more confident - and still mostly read as a man in most places I go... and I walk in excited. Different staff but the same attitude of welcoming behavior and even help fit me for a new bra size (at this transitionary point in my life measurements tend to change at weird paces) and while I as a little bit late to anything in season I still managed to find a great haul from the clearance rack after trying on what works.

The staff really make this place memorable for me in treating me as welcome as any cisgender woman that walks in. Plus I mean, where else am I going to get the cutest off shoulder Blondie T Shirt or Adorable Rolling Stones Hoodie Dress?

Best Torrid experience ever shout out to Bec for making me feel like I was celebrity with a personal shopper to find the most perfect strapless bra! I was able to dance all night and not hurt myself or others on the dance floor!

Listen as a bigger girl I love to shop here. Just recently bought a swim suit from here and it fits all the right ways. I also get a lot of my shoes and panties from here. This place definitely knows how to make a bigger girl feel sexy and empowered.

The girls on duty yesterday was on point always stop otw back from Orlando and the ladies there was absolutely great helped me with a pep talk and made day better A-plus to service cashier and the floor help.
