The staff at this location was amazing. We came in for 6 new passports and we were not prepared with the right paperwork. Debbie and her team went out of their way to make sure all was right. It's nice to receive good customer service these days. The postal service has a bad reputation for inadequate service and timing. These folks do their job well! Thank you Debbie!

Just had a seamless experience completing my passport application. They took me early, happily corrected a couple of my errors, and took a fine picture.
Generally, I prefer this PO to the one in Northglenn, which gets claustrophobic when busy, and the line literally goes out the door. The only delays I have experienced here are usually eBay sellers trying to tell the Post Office what the postage is supposed to be, according to eBay.
Overall great place with awesome service.

I love this post office because of their friendliness and the way that they handle customers and packages. I just got APO Box here and the process was very easy. And the clerk was more than helpful as I am not able to do many things because I have impairments. She went out of her way to make sure on the busy Saturday that I was taking care of completely and everything was done right and I really appreciate the great. Customer service that I got at this Post Office because my home Post Office is not very friendly and not very helpful. So good job Post Office on 105th and federal. !!

We went to do our passports here. The gentleman was very nice and efficient. The only thing I didn't like is they have to keep our birth certificates and return them later. Just follow the directions online and you will be fine.

Way better than the post office off 120th & Washington. Packages actually get scanned on time and arrive at destination faster than when I had to use that other awful post office. Employees seem to care more all around. Glad we live closer to this one now.

By far the most friendly staff I have encountered at any post office. This branch is the Chick-Fil-A of post offices - they get customer service. Whoever is in charge knows how to lead well because the staff seem very happy every time I've been in. Well done!!

I ran into a snag when my mailbox was being replaced and my packages held at the post office. The supervisor was super helpful tracking the package down and finding it. Great customer service!
