Discount Tire

I have never experienced excellent service when it comes to getting my tires changed. The team there is quick, courteous, polite, and all the good things. And when I say quick, I mean quick! It took me longer to drive there than for them to change all my tires. I felt like I could trust them with my vehicle and I didn't feel like they were trying to pull a quick one on me either.

My tires kept losing air. They checked all four tires by dunking them to see for air bubbles and found a nail in one. They checked them and fixed the one that needed fixing for free!
I believe the man said they can do this up to five times before any payment is required. Supper nice people and very helpful. If I did need to buy a tire, he quoted me a reasonable price for the tire my vehicle takes. This is the place to go to when you're in need of this kind of service. Thank you guys!

Great experience! I greeted before I walked in the door. Manager on duty was extremely helpful, and honest. My tires were on the vehicle in no time and the mechanic pulled up with the keys and told me to have a great day. Definitely will go back!!! Thank you!

Great service. Quick and efficient. Gavin, Jordan, and Jerell were very kind and helped ease my stress by being attentive and patient with any/all questions. All the technicians were kind and greeted anyone who came in. I truly love discount tire and recommend for anyone! They service all cars, great inexpensive warranty program, kind people, and just overall the best!

My tire was low, so I pulled in for air. Jerrel offered to check the tire to make sure it didn't need a repair. The tire actually had a small tear, but they were able to repair it & I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I was able to stay in my car, which is really nice and convenient. Gavin completed the repair and balance quickly, but went through the proper steps to ensure it was done properly. I always use Discount Tire, but this was my first visit to the Denham Springs store. Apparently I had tire protection because the repair was free. I will always use this business!

We stopped in Discount Tire on the way home to Texas. Rob helped diagnose the issue with our passenger side tire, made the replacement, and had us back on the road safely in under an hour! Discount Tire always provides excellent customer service and this store was especially helpful!

I am a repeat customer at Discount Tire but I usually go to the Baton Rouge location. I came to this one and Arturo was here to save the day again! He came right out and checked my car and immediately had a solution for my issue. He even remembered who I was which was super nice! 10/10 if you go to this location, ask for him. He’ll get you fixed up and make it such an easy experience. I will forever come to Discount Tire just for him.

Great business. First time at this new store. Best wheel balancing my vehicle has had in a while. Super team/crew. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick and expert at their jobs. I'll definitely be back.

I went to a competitor first for tire balancing. They made me feel like I was bothering them and it would be difficult to fit me into their schedule. When I asked them why they treated customers like that the person working there said it was because they couldn't hire enough people to do tire work. IDK why I should suffer bc of that.

Well, I just got back from Discount Tire. The entire process took like 30 min and my tires are actually balanced now. The staff was courteous, professional and best of all did not hit me with that "fake scarcity" the other place hit me with. Discount Tire is my place from now on. :)

The folks at the Denham Springs store was very courteous and accommodating to my needs in tires. The manager Ken went out of his way to find what I needed and got it there the next day! The other tire service down the street said there were none available anywhere and tried to sell me one of theirs. Ken found me some on the first try! Price was very reasonable and the extended warranty is Well Worth your money. 3 years for dang near anything! Highly recommend Discount Tires in Denham Springs.

Thanks to Ken and his team for quickly resolving my tire balance issues. Brought my GMC truck to three other shops, including a GMC dealership, to balance new tires on my truck, and each time I had a terrible vibration around 75MPH. Finally, I called Discount Tire Direct's customer service since that is where I purchased the tires, and they had me go by the new location in Denham Springs. Within an hour of dropping off, I was driving away on a smooth ride. I now have a new tire shop!
