Called for a troy bilt snowblower repair and they were very professional and actually very NICE. Picked up the next day while keeping me informed of all repair costs. Returned the blower 2 1/2 weeks later as they promised. A truly honorable and reasonable service company which is very rare in our world today. Will be using them again for all small engine repairs I do highly recommend them

I had a troybilt pony ride on mower that cost to much to rebuild. We worked out a deal with another tractor with a new engine. First time using this company and I will recommend them to everyone with small engines. Andy kept his word on everything and I'm very satisfied. Thank you. JAE Power did a great job repairing our portable generator. They diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in several days. They completed it when they said they would, at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend them for small engine repair. They also provide pick up and delivery if needed

A prime example of a family owned business! Andy and his crew know what they are doing when it comes to repairing small engines. My equipment has been tuned up and ready for the spring season! Their pick up and delivery service is also super convenient for those that have busy schedules.

How great is this place and the people who work there! In the middle of todays 12 inch snow storm they went the extra mile to find a $6.00 part for me in their shop. Local businesses need our support and they support us too. I implore everyone to go here for parts and repairs.

Brought snow blower in for auger belts. That ran good. After repairing things that it didn't need to be done. Now it' don't run. BEWARE. Never AGAIN. NO THANKS

Long story cause I'm sure I'll get some marketing response and I won't be able to reply to it.
Brought chainsaw for carburetor tune up. I asked for the price but they couldn't tell me how much it will cost. I was told maybe I need new carburetor. So I asked how much it cost in case I DON'T need new carburetor. Still didn't get the price. Mechanic told me, they won't replace anything without calling me first. I said that I recently replaced air filter, fuel filter and spark plug (used chainsaw for about 1h afterwards) and I don't think it needs to be replaced, if anything maybe spark plug because tune up was off. They said they charge $105/h for labor. I told them I'm gonna be honest and I don't want to spend $200 for service and I'd rather sell it and get new one.
So I was expecting someone to call me after looking at chainsaw. Instead they called me, to tell me, chainsaw is ready for pick up, it will be $146 because they had to replace air filter, fuel filter, spark plug and stop lock (or something) I told them I was expecting someone to call me before replacing any parts. So I went there expecting to pay $146+tax (tax was included in 146)

When I got there, mechanic (who was obviously upset to see me) brought my chainsaw and told me to take it and get out. He repeated this couple times and that he put my old air filter back. Nice lady (no sarcasm) showed me fuel they supposedly took out of my chainsaw, it looked like too much oil was added, which is strange cause I always use 1:50 ratio and original husqvarna oil. Lady said mechanic is always trying to do best job he can and he even cleaned everything, sharpen the chain, added oil.

What I don't get, is why I'm forced to pay $105 an hour+parts, for stuff I didn't ask or approve. They completely ignored the whole conversation we had when I brought the chainsaw. I sharpen chains myself I change my filters and I can clean the chainsaw myself. And yeah I can fill fuel and chain oil in myself.

Just tell your customers "we don't do carburetor tune ups, we do full service. Which include cleaning the machine, changing air and fuel filters, changing spark plugs, chain sharpening, adding chain oil. You will pay $105/h plus parts which will probably be around $150"

Don't take your machine there. I was overcharged. I was charged $50 just to make sure they could work on it. Rip off

Horrible service, had my item for almost a month. they couldn't even call me to let me know what is wrong. I had to call several time and all they kept telling me is that they are very busy. After almost a month I had to go pick up my item without it being repaired, " A waste of a month."

I bought a redmax trimmer I used it twice I brought it to the store because it supposedly has a 2 year warranty, they had it for a month, reviewing it and is fighting for the warranty and then they tell you that they can't solve it, they steal your money, very bad customer service, bad treatment of people, they are liars, they steal your money.
