Both my daughters take piano classes there. It is a wonderful school. They have learned so much! They require the students to put in effort and prepare them with a full classical curriculum. My daughters have been encouraged to participate in multiple piano festivals and competitions where they have been judged and given feedback on their playing. It is rewarding for them to have a goal to prepare for these competitions and receive recognition for their hard work. They also prepare them for and encourage them to participate in Piano Guild auditions. We have had an amazing experience.

Viktoria is a wonderful piano teacher! My girls have taken piano for 7 and 5 years and have grown immensely in their knowledge and love for music. Each of my daughters have different strengths and weakness and Viktoria takes the time to work with each one to grow their unique gifts and talents. Viktoria encourages hard work and discipline and provides her students with many opportunities to advance in performance skills. She also encourages her students to play piano as an act of worship and to use their musical talents to glorify God. I couldn't ask for a better teacher!

I took piano lessons at the Ridgedale School of Fine Arts for 9 years. It has been one of the most influential parts of my life.

My teacher, Viktoria Lindsay, challenged me and helped me to grow musically. My siblings have also taken lessons from her. Her approach is personalized to every student and she works to make music enjoyable for them. Whether you want to study music professionally or just get a sense of music appreciation and sight reading skills, she works with you.

I was able to learn beyond just reading music. Ms. Lindsay taught musicality and attention to detail. She taught music theory for understanding. I learned about music history. I was challenged with learning performance and accompaniment skills.

With the skills I have learned from all of these years, I feel comfortable sitting down and approaching a piece of music for enjoyment or to accompany someone. Piano will always be a part of me and this school has played a major role in that.

I was referred to Viktoria 6 years ago and my daughter is going on her 7th year in piano lesson with Viktoria. What made Viktoria such a great teacher is that she gets to know her students' skills and abilities and then challenges each one of them to bring out their talents. Viktoria's other amazing quality is that she doesn't play favorite with her students, like some teachers who would only concentrate all her attention to a star student while neglecting others. Viktoria is able to bring my daughter skills to a high level and she also encourages my daughter to do her very best and also works with her to accommodate my daughter's demanding core curricula. Viktoria not only teach only the technical skills but also the artistic skills that made all her students stand out in performances. Her students also have strong self discipline in school as well.

I have been with Ms. Viktoria Lindsay for the past 16 years . Wow!! That is indeed a lengthy timetable to have been with a piano teacher, so that in itself should speak volumes!!! Your search for an exceptional music teacher is over. However, please take heed for what I'm about to say. You need to define what is a qualified, skillful teacher for you and your child . After you define it , see if Viktoria Lindsay's Piano Studio is an excellent choice for your child and your family .

Ms. Lindsay is a disciplined , meticulous , kind , dedicated teacher who loves what she does and holds it to a very high standard . She expects the same standards from her students !! There is really no time to dawdle with Ms. Viktoria. She expects you to work when you come to lesson.

Ms. Viktoria's instruction has been proven and seen in so many different levels of notability, again and again, as it carries out beyond instruction. Your child will have the opportunity to participate in National Federation Music club (festivals, ) Guild , State Competitions, perform in recitals , seek scholarships for music camps / and colleges, or just have the pleasure and enjoyment of knowing music well done. Two of my children have exceeded beyond my expectations with Ms. Viktoria, one will be graduating from college this year and will be pursing his graduate degree in Audio Engineering and my 14 year old , who has been part of a worship praise team playing the piano and her second instrument the violin, that has come to her easily due to the instruction that she has received from her teacher Viktoria, in piano. I am also blessed to see my grandchild take lessons from the same instructor.

We love Ms. Viktoria and are blessed to have her as our own . Thank you Ms. Viktoria for your love and dedication to us your students in all levels of learning.

Growing up I took music lessons, specifically in piano, for 9 years! I had no idea, nor did my parents, that I wasn't being developed truly. At Ridgedale School of Fine Arts, your children will not only learn how to play an instrument; they will also learn how to read the music correctly, play musically, learn the theory behind it all AND they will play for one another in recitals. It is VERY important that they get the full picture not just a piece, as I did growing up. Can you imagine all of that money spent on lessons for 9 years and I can read music...that's it. If you are going to invest in your child's musical or artistic talents do it RIGHT, make a good investment...do it at Ridgedale.

I have been a student of Mrs. Viktoria for the past ten years. Looking back on the many years I have spent with her, there is no teacher I would've rather had. Now don't get me wrong, she's tough...She will push you, demand excellence, and make you get to it and work.

There was a season I went through several years ago where I did not enjoy piano. I was just going through the motions. However, one day something changed. Instead of notes, a whole world opened up to me. I began to enjoy the music I was creating. Now, piano is something my life would feel empty without. It has become one of my passions.

This is all thanks to Mrs. Viktoria. She does an amazing job of making sure all her students understand music history, theory, and every scale and chord you could imagine, and even the ones you didn't know existed. She's very thorough. However, it was more than this that developed my love for music and piano. She taught me to see past the sound. To look into the story of what the composer was saying and feeling. She hand picks my repertoire to best suit my playing styles and strengths. Once I thought I had learned a piece, she always, always broke it down further to show me where it needed to be better. This drive is what made me always want to push to improve.

While she has challenging standards, she teaches each student with kindness, grace, and patience. You will not meet someone who cares more about your student's success. She is beyond qualified and the best at what she does and I have a deep gratitude to her for teaching me something my life would be incomplete without.

Not only is this a great school for music and art. It is also faith based within a church environment. As a parent, education is important but the environment in which the teaching is being done is just as important to me. The lessons are more than reasonable and you get WAY more for your money than you expect here. I love that the money is going through a church as well..just great.

Absolutely amazing school! You will not find the experience, knowledge or work ethic anywhere else. It is truly the best place to grow your child’s musical abilities.
