After checking out Firestones all over the Baton Rouge area for a no flat tire to no avail I stopped in the Juban Road location and Aren Johnson at this location was not only very helpful but also professional. He even informed me of problems with my brakes and rotors. Firestone shop will be my new maintenance provider for all my vehicle maintenance. What a great service experience..

I went to Firestone to replace a sensor on my tire. The employees were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They ordered the part and replaced the sensor on my tire. They did a great job.

Saw a nail in the tire of my new car (1 week old) on Friday night. Swore a bit and dropped it off after hours. Called in on Saturday to check on it. They said the nail hadn't punctured the tire. I could come pick up the keys no charge. If I had pulled out the nail myself the tire would have gone flat in seconds. You're lifesavers! Thank you! We'll be back when we actually have a problem.

Had a tire blowout on my drive between Florida and Texas. After throwing my spare on, I called to see if they had the tire I needed to match my set. They had the tire and took care of me as soon as I rolled through town. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Also brand new building that was clean and the wife loved the cold waiting room. I called ahead, verified tires and quote. Upon arrival they took vehicle straight back and finished in 1 hour. I paid quoted price. The guy was super nice and didn’t try to up-sell with the typical BS alignments/brake pad/tune-up sales pitch. In and out. That was 6 months ago. Still no issues. Will do business again soon.
