I stop in to get my battery installed and it was very cold a young lady name Melissa installed it for me very quick she’s so nice I will definitely return back to this location

This place was a lifesaver for me. My diehard battery (purchased at another Advance Auto Parts) died in a parking lot across the street, and could not be jumped. I did not have a receipt, but was confident the battery was still under warranty. They were able to call the other Advance Auto Parts and find the date I purchased the battery and verify it was under warranty. One of the staff members even came and installed the battery in my car and took away the old one.

I've never gotten anything but the best customer service from them. It was closing time, and they went the extra mile to help me get a working battery in my car, then test the old battery to confirm that was the problem. They have done more to help me than a dealership and a mechanic combined.

This location saved me this morning! My wiper blade busted off my car on my way to work in the middle of a snow/ice storm. Lucky for me I was close to this store and was able to drive over carefully even without a wiper. The gentleman at the counter was quick to greet me, looked up the wiper I needed, completed the purchase, and immediately another associate, Dan, grabbed the wiper and was on his way out to put it on my car. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and back on the road. GREAT customer service that I truly appreciated!

Incredibly helpful! Bought a car battery online this morning, and they were able to install it, for free an hour later! They also checked my alternator and starter. Very friendly, informative and helpful!! Definitely recommend!
