I decided to upgrade my phone and visited the store where Zuhaib assisted me in answering all my questions. He was professional, well-informed, and helped me choose a great phone. A few days later, when my phone arrived, Janis, another knowledgeable professional, efficiently transferred all my data and provided additional details about the product. Both gentlemen made the entire experience comfortable, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Sam was very great help. He not only helped me out but my mom & dad too. Very intelligent man & does not skip a step. He pointed us in the right direction with his help. 10/10 Service most definitely will be hearing from us soon. Thank you Sam & the team who supports him.

On Thursday, February 15th, my elderly mother was having a problem with her phone messaging. Joseph Mazza from 1277 Middle Country Rd in Selden was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. My mother was ecstatic and I have peace of mind that she has a properly working cell phone.

After spending hours on the phone with Verizon I decided to go to the selden store and I was not let down! The gentleman who helped me was kind, knowledgable and helped me with all my issues!!!! I will definitely be recommending this location!

My phone was stolen in the 7-11 near North Coleman Road this afternoon. As soon as I realized I went to this Verizon location. MUJ greeted me and provided the most phenomenal service and attention to help me through this extremely distressing situation. It was a difficult financial hit, but the service, support, patience, and guidance I received from this gentleman was exceptional! That is very rare these days. Thank you MUJ for your time and for helping me get reconnected so quickly!

Excellent customer service for a techno challenged senior citizen. Chris helped me with purchase & was outstanding in his help. I came in twice already & Joe helped, then today they both helped. Great job-helped me resolves issues I couldn't fix at home. Highly recommend both people!

Corey and Joe were so fantastic! I came in with my two young kids and a broken phone not knowing what to do about my situation. They couldn't have been kinder, more helpful and genuine. They were very knowledgeable and helped me leave with a brand new working phone. They found a loyalty deal I didn't even know was an option and I left feeling like I got such a great deal. Not a common feeling these days. They both deserve recognition 😄 also Corey was wonderful with my son, he is 3 and left smiling as well!

I had to upgrade my phone and decided to stop in at the Selden authorized location and it was a great experience . The place was quiet and peaceful , the sales person Muhajid was very informed , explained my options and was not pushy or condescending . We download from the cloud ( and had some good conversation while waiting ) and the phone was good to go. Couldn’t be happier .

Exceptional service, clean, comfortable seating! All employees neatly dressed suit, ties! Shoes shinty, polish, just perfection!! Seek out Liam & Mike they are exceptional young men! Should go far in this company already noted to be managerial material!! Customer Noted!! You drive down Rt 25, a main road and you can view every employee opening doors for customer to greet them!! After they get your money, your still treated with by walking you to door opening door! Even carrying respect, by waking,?opening door for your exit! Even carting items to share our car! Prices are great and displayed beautifully, you won’t be sorry to shop here! Not even a Verizon customer, loved them when they were our company, but old trying to save with Cellphones service costs and not happy, but that’s another review!! By the way I told them that, never tried to hard sell their service or treated me with any indifference!

Loved this place, it was much easier and quicker then going to the bigger well known store by the mall.
I opened my first phone line under my name and the two gentlemen helped me get the best plan and best deal! They made it very simple, it was very clear and I felt like I was important.

There was a young women who was getting trained, help me and she was great, I think her name was Leslie and she made the purchase easy. Next day I needed help syncing my phone and a gentleman Joe Mazza was very helpful addressing my issues.

I have been looking for a new phone for a while and have been to a few different phone stores prior to Verizon. As soon as I walked in Mujahid helped me right away. I was a little nervous about switching my service and phone, but he took his time and explained everything to me. He was extremely professional and helped me in a timely fashion. He went out of his way to make sure I got the most out of my plan. 10/10 highly recommend this Verizon store!
