Today I had to pick up a package that should have been delivered to me but never was and was being held at this location. Originally I was upset but when I came in, there was a line and I had to wait. When I got to the counter Vann was working alone and even though he was busy, he took the time to properly help me find my package! he made my day and I just want to say that Vann smile made it worth the wait.

George is the best always on the job always helping customers never takes a break!!

While nobody ever loves the USPS, there are some individuals who deserve praise for going above and beyond. That man's name is Tony. Last weekend, I had a high priority package that I had to have on a Saturday. The "tracking" number showed attempted delivery. It never happened. It never left the office. I saw Tony delivering across the road. Ran out to him, and explained what happened. Tony went BACK to the office, found my package, and brought it to me, even though it wasn't his route!!! Way to go sir. We appreciate the huge extra effort!!!
I sincerely hope that this reaches you, because you deserve praise and recognition for going above and beyond.

I had a very difficult situation, that had me going to multiple post offices, multiple calls with customer service where I was getting mixed information. I was being told I won't be able to get an important package. I was told it will be sent back across the world because of an unknown cause of address error. Then when I went to Jax Beach Post office, The manager today actually took the time to look for it. The found a solution to where he has having it be sent directly to him (no matter where it is now) and then delivered to my address. He cared and made that obvious. He turned a 1 star experience into a 5 star review. I wish i remembered his name, but he was a veteran wearing a wounded warrior shirt that I respected as well. Very nice, Very professional. If USPS had more like him, I could and would convince my boss to trust them more. Thank you very much!

On Tuesday 13th, I was at your post office at around 9am. The line was long but finally my turn came. Valencia was at the window. While I was waiting for my turn, I was watching each window. I was so impressed with Valencia's patience toward people whom she waited on.
Not only patient but also very gentle and helpful. I was one of them to be helped. She was very kind and my thought of going to the post office was completely changed! You have a wonderful, thoughtful lady there. I will come to your office just see Valencia's smile!! Thank you very much. Sue Reid

Fantastic Post Office! This post office is a breath of fresh air!!! Smiling clerks, abundant supplies, short line = very happy customers! It puts my last branch to shame as I'm positive the DMV recruits new staff from there since they were so apathetic and hated their jobs.

This Beach Blvd branch is my new "Forever" post office.

The USPS is one of the finest American organizations and is represented well by the kind people of this branch. Truly the unsung heroes of our day to day lives.
Over the past two decades, I've come to depend on the US Mail on more than just a few occasions. My experiences have all been exemplary, but tonight marked the coming of the praise that's been due for their services.
Rolf is the manager of this office and without doubt understands the true definition of customer service. His quick action and timely follow up during my mail delivery dilemma were both above and beyond what I expected.
A really refreshing end to my Monday afternoon.

Between Rolf taking charge and my old neighbor Bill who shines as Jax Beaches US Mail clerk, these gentlemen are perfect examples of the professionalism of Jacksonville Beach, Floridas US Mail service.

The staff always remember your name especially if you're a local and it's honestly a pleasure stopping in. Usually a line, but it moves quickly. The parking lot is a bit dangerous due to its design so watch out when driving through & parking/backimg out.

This post office is everything you want and don't usually expect. They are efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Even when you bring a lot of packages at the end of the day. If it is busy someone will even come from the back to help out. Thank you Bill,Bob,George and Nicky

Valencia makes my day whenever I go there! She is always so friendly and kind! I love this post office. I always go here rather than other ones.

Its a small post office with only two people working so the lines can move slow but, this is the only Post Office where the warmth and niceness of the staff made up for whatever wait I had. This is the only post office where I can say I had a positive experience going in.

Can be busy at times, but usually only 2-3 people working. They are very friendly and way better than post office in Atlantic beach or up on Beach Blvd.

Wow i see the one star and im amazed.. i have been using this post office for years and not once did i have a bad experience.. the customer service has always been 5..
