Everyone was here on time. Did fantastic work installing my windows. Cleaned up the mess.

Gary & Marylou were amazing. The install team Oscar and his guys were professional and made sure every single window was installed to perfection. This was our first experience considering using a replacement company for our windows and sliding french door for our home. We were not familiar with this process, so having a person come into our home to “sell” windows was a-little uncomfortable for us. That feeling quickly changed when Michael Yanaros from Marvin Replacement came into our home. It was a great experience for us. He is very professional, with a comfortable approach gearing the conversation to our needs and comfort level.There was no question or concern we had that he could not address. The follow up process after our purchase has been great, all parties keeping us informed of timeline for delivery. Preparing us for installation which is in just about two weeks. Hoping to post pictures after install with 5 stars for that process!

From sales, to installation, to office, the Marvin people were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I truly felt that my project was as important to them as it is/was to me and my family. The installation team under the supervision of project manager Collin Lisewski was highly skilled, worked clean and very talented at problem solving. My home, being a log home, presents some very unique challenges not found in other types of construction. Over all if I am permitted I would rate my experience ( ****** ) 6 stars.

Had a great meeting with Michael Yanaros from Marvin Replacement, I had bad experiences in the past with sales people coming into my home and Michael was the complete opposite of that. It was more of a friendly conversation rather than a sales pitch. Had a great meeting with the field sales person, Michael YANAROS. He was low-key, friendly, and honest about what windows need to be replaced and what doors do not need to be replaced.
