Love coming by to visit the team at Spring Oak, Tri-Cities! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It really does have that warm and homely feel. The building is so nice. In all my years of healthcare, it’s one of the nicer buildings I’ve been in. The wide opened rooms and tons of spaces for the residents to enjoy are wonderful. The grounds outside are beautiful. I know the Director, Heath, has what it takes to make this community an absolute dream!

lol this place is a joke !! A bunch of false advertising and false promises. If you want a real experience just ask some questions and you’ll see for yourself. It’s slowly but surely becoming a nursing home.
