Jumping through hoops to get my address changed but luckily they've got decent folks working up here who have brains that allow them to make decisions that actually get things done! Thank you Gastron @ Youngtown Postal office location.

I had two packages get delivered to the wrong mailbox last week. I reported it to the USPS website thinking nothing would really come of it, but they were important packages so I had to try something. Well, today the very next morning, I get a knock on my door, and it is the actual manager of the post office Rachel, with my packages in hand! She took the time to come out and investigate, found my packages (luckily the other person had left my packages in their mailbox) and hand delivered them to me at my house!!! She also took the time to explain they had a change in the mailbox markings and the day these were delivered it was another driver who normally doesn't deliver my route. So I can totally see how the incorrect delivery could happen, and it helped ease my mind to what was going on. She even took the time to let me know she relabeled our mailboxes so they are more clearly marked. Rachel is AMAZING!!!!! She really went so above and beyond to get me my packages, and I am so thankful for her stellar customer service!!

I came in to ship 151 leather stamps to someone who bought them off Facebook and I didn't have the box tapped up correctly enough for me to feel safe. So the staff took it apon themselves to help me out. He taped up the box and had me out the door extremely fast. Best part is we joked and he made my experience there enjoyable. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!

I never have a problem at this post office I'm always treated with respect and they help me with ever I need. I've been going there for 7 years now and never had a problem I don't know what these other people are talking about

20 yrs of service from these all weather carriers has always left me feeling safe knowing my mail will be delivered. Overall they earn an A+ Thank you Monica and Norma!

I spoke with Christina this morning, asking if the RV Resort "Pueblo El Mirage " has been given it's own specific Zip code. The last 4 numbers! Christina was very friendly and that she was not aware a change at this time! When I asked again if 0373 or 0737 was the one that would belong to Robert's resorts she replied that there were a lot of numbers and SHE HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING WHICH WAS THE ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR.
I thanked her and said goodbye, Christina was very professional and friendly! I felt welcome to call again for any other questions I may have in the future. Thank you for having such quality employee's like Christina. I have made use of the El Mirage Post Office from picking up registered letters to mailing out letters to sending boxes out and buying stamps and I have always....without fail... been greeted by a friendly and helpful postal employ no matter the time nor the need. We have every reason to be proud of our postal employees in El Mirage!! I just wanted to take this time to give them all an ATTA-BOY and BIG BIG Thank You to you All !!! They are efficient and quick. I usually find that there isn't much of a line and they get through patrons quickly. Parking is right up front too.

They were able to hold my mail for 3 weeks!
