Our cashier was super nice! Got our orders exactly how we wanted. Our food order was fast, fresh and hot. And delicious! This has been our go-to Wendy's when we feel like fast food.

The staff working that evening was great - especially the front counter crew.

i went through the drive thru today and the lovely woman taking my order was literally the sweetest! i was having trouble with the app and she was so understanding and helpful. she was so patient as i spent a couple minutes trying to figure it out. i wish i knew her name but she had glasses and curly hair. she had the best attitude and great customer service!

I go to the three Wendy’s down here in Montgomery County, Maryland a LOT and always order the exact same thing…a #6 (Spicy Chicken Sandwich), cheese only. Once a month or so I travel up north and ALWAYS stop at this Wendy’s in Charlestown as it is, by far, the best one! The sandwich is alway tender, larger, hot, and most importantly…spicy! Thank you.

I wish the manager from this Charlestown restaurant would come down here to Montgomery County, Maryland and show these careless people how to upgrade our three Wendy’s to the same standard.

This is our favorite fast food place. The food is fresh, not greasy and you get it hot and delicious.

My boyfriend and i were in his tow truck and the lobby was closed. We went up to the window. The worker was super friendly and had no problem serving us. Food was fantastic!

This Wendy's at this time is operating as if some type of fast food time machine with the dial set for the summer of 1979. Lord have mercy I'm gonna clog an artery the way this crew is preparing the Baconatorz ya heard.....help me God. The Frosty was frosty and the fries were crisp and hot with the skin on the tips. I gotta work tonight but I won't be hungry until morning. Great job Wendy's in Charlestown West Virginia. Doing it right

Great customer service by Donna! She was fantastic from greeting us to giving us our food, she really cares about her customers and her position there!

I didn’t feel like cooking last night so decided to get a burger and fries from Wendys. The line wasn’t nearly as long as normally is and didn’t take long at all. I was home and back in literally 10 minutes which wasn’t too bad. I got the Baconzilla meal with a coke. The young girl that was working the drive through around 6pm (8/24/21) was very nice and polite. The food was perfect! And for once the bacon was actually crispy! I forgot to ask but who wants floppy, flimsy, barely cooked bacon on a burger? Well not me! Great job!

Nicholas the cashier was very attentive and customer oriented. Definitely knows his job and seems very genuine and helpful to customers. This is definitely one of the better kept up Wendys.. Fast service, Highly recommended!

I have never had one wrong order here food is great and food comes quickly i actually have alot of good memories here i would suggest going here if you are looking for a nice fast food meal

Wendy's in Charlestown WV is always good and fast! I don't think they have ever got our order wrong either which is a big plus with us because it feels like half the time we go to a fast food place anymore our order is wrong. Way to go Wendy's for always doing a good job!

One of the top fast food restaurants I've eaten at. The employee's are top notch here. They work very well as a team. If your in town this Wendy's rocks!!!!

The people who comment things about the not speaking english, they do and they do their best to satisfy every customer. Although not fluent in english for some of them, there are english employees. Very clean, very amazing service, amazing management. Excellent responsiveness to issues and solving them. Quality Service, Amazing food altogether one of the if not the best fast food experience I have had thus far.

Staff was really friendly only problem I had was my burgers weren't fully cooked but I let staff know and they made fresh burgers overall fully satisfied.

This location has been on point, accurate, and excellent every time I have taken the drive through.

I love the frosties there where can you get to small frosties under 2 dollars. I was originally went to McDonald's and the same as last year the ice cream machine was broken down are we just too lazy to fill it up please come on 2 times and two years machine broken down really let's hire some competent people to work there
