I rarely write reviews but tonight I had to. This was the probably the best McDonald’s experience I have ever had! Customer service was great, food was great, fast and prompt and plenty of condiments/napkins. I felt like we were in the 90s again when it was enjoyable to go there. Thank you McDonald’s!

The manager Kim is awesome and so are some of the other staff. They work so hard and if you have a mistake they try to help fix it. I've been coming to this McDonalds since the 80s and it's a nice place in the community.

Me & my 2 children (ages 3&4) came in here for lunch today. I did not get them happy meals, just 3 burgers for us & a fry to share.

My 4 year old kept asking for a happy meal & I said not today. The cashier who tended to us went out of her way to get them both toys. It was so sweet of her. As we were eating, my sons burger patty slipped out of the bun onto the floor. One of their team members or managers saw it happen & requested that they make him another one. It was so generous of her to do that.

I am so appreciative of the acts of kindness I received here today. They have awesome people working here. Keep doing what your doing! 🥰

I've eaten at so many McD's, not in the east however and wow this has like a vintage delicious taste! 🤤 Love the BOGO for $1 deal, this fatty needs nuggets AND a Big Mac lol.

The staff was nice and the store was very clean. There is a man that works there who is continuously wiping things down, sweeping and restocking. He is also very pleasant to talk to. I wish I knew his name..He deserves a raise!

Who doesn't love the french fries and quarter pounders w cheese at McDonald's? Great coffee now too. I've love this restaurant chain for 50 years now. There quality, cleanliness and consistency is second to none. Don't eat there everyday though. lol. Great for road trips, definitely and don't let me forget the breakfast menu. Yum.

Ordered a small smoothie, had it mixed up and had to wait while they sorted things. To compensate they gave me two free apple pies and two large smoothies instead of the one small i ordered, all free. This is good service

Looking for a quick stop with great prices? McDonald's of Charles Town, WV is the place to go. Always great prices and deals with friendly cashiers & grill/cooks. And if you aren't satisfied with something, they will happily resolve the issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Easily the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff was very friendly and had great customer service. My food was ready very quickly, and it honestly tasted better than most McDonalds I've had. The place was also very clean - as far as McDonalds goes, I was genuinely impressed.

The drive thru morning staff is GREAT..they remember their regular customers by name and orders. They have my coffee ready when they see me in the drive thru...

This is my favorite McDonald’s...the food is always fast, hot, and delicious! The staff, especially Yasmine, is always friendly and courteous. Thank you for always making me feel welcome.

Great local McD's. Their hours variate a bit, only till 11pm Mon-Thurs, 12 midnight Fri-Sun.

MCDONALDS....exactly why I don't normally eat there... today 12:22 pm..Charles Town .the food should be fresh ....it's lunch time... the bun on my fish sandwich was so hard ... if I would have bitten into it ....I probably would have broke a tooth.....come on workers only serve food you would eat... good thing I don't need a big lunch.....

Charles Town DT my food was hot & fresh worth waiting a few minutes to get since they were busy & the only place still open by the Race Track on a Thursday night after 11pm

Reliable fast service and a friendly staff. They now have their kiosk installed. You can order from a menu screen and have your meal delivered to your table without standing in line.

Friendly staff, orders are always correct and done quickly . If you visit there in the morning, say Hi to Amaya she makes my day. She is awesome!

two McChickens made me lay an egg

This place SUCKS. No play area which means I had nothing to do and they wouldnt even give me calamari. The pizza was WAY to cheesy and they didnt have disposable chicken fries. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds though because it was awesome and I have no complaints.

This McDonald's always does a great job, quick, efficient fresh, hot and friendly.. The folks working here are friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Just to make it clear.

I was going to Walmart realize they don't open to 7 a.m. so I stopped at Mickey D's got two sausage cheese English muffin two hash browns the food was hot and quick service that's why I gave it five stars
