Service was phenomenal our waitress was awesome she was swamped and all by herself but still made sure to greet me and my children right away and was kind uplifting and courteous and in great spirits.

I had a late night craving for ice cream so I ordered banana splits & had them delivered. The app & delivery updates were precise & my DoorDash driver was on time & very sweet. Although it was delivered the ice cream was not melted. Totally made my night.

Surprisingly i had great food after reading the bad reviews. The burger and fries were cooked perfect and tasted great. The service was good except the desert took a while and was half melted. Overall still satisfied with my visit.

I went for a milkshake it was delicious and very filling. The service was fast and friendly. I'll be going back for more soon

I picked up sundae’s I ordered on line and they were the best I’ve had from this location.! I forgot to order a scoop of vanilla for my pup so I called and they were super nice and added it on 🐶

Had the barbecue chicken melt and some ice cream delivered through door dash. Can’t speak to the service or atmosphere but the food was amazing as always.

Very happy with our black and white milkshakes lately and the burger with onion rings was phenomenal 👌🏻.

I recently stopped by to have an ice cream sundae. The lady which served us was friendly and engaging. I didn’t eat any food but I wished I did it looked and smelt good. I will be back soon to have a meal here and then enjoy the ice cream. To the managers and staff keep up the nice work we had a great experience.

Lots of delicious flavors of ice cream! It wasn't crowded, the service was excellent and they were fast with making the food. Not to forget to mention, the place was spotless and well lit.

I am a Friendly's ice cream girl. Meals? No thoughts one way or another. But nothing beats a good old fashioned Friendly's hot fudge sundae. Nothing. 💛 My visiting neighbor doesn't speak a word of English...and I don't speak a word of anything else...but ice cream is the universal language. We had a blast!

Today, after visiting Harbor Freight for some tools, I stopped for lunch at the nearby Friendly's.

This is now one of the best days I've had in a long time. The staff is forever friendly, as the name implies, and always cheery.

On this particular day, there was a management meeting, and while eating my meal, I heard the most wonderful things. Not about how to sell more to customers, but instead, encouraging team members to always smile, make the customer happy, and "Remember, Friendly's started by being a community support, and that's how we go. We're not a non-profit, we're here to make money, but we're also here to be a friendly community place" (shortened a bit but the gist is, "be friendly. It's why we're really here.")

As for my meal, probably the best burger in a while. I asked for the chef to "do whatever, they know what's good", a tactic I use at Subway because I'm not great with decisions.

Wow. Blown away. They came up with a "sauted mushrooms, bacon, and cheddar burger".

Just wow. Absolutely delicious.
