Dunkin'

The staff was very efficient especially the one that serviced me. My order was done quickly and correctly. The employee that was excellent was named Andre. I don't know what his last name was but I hope he gets the recognition that he deserves.

Out of all the Dunkins in the city this one by far is the best location. I only do mobile order and my items are already made and prepped for me to pick up and go. And if there’s an issue with something not being in stock they gladly will exchange it as compensation. The staff is always respectful and they feel like a family working together. Appreciate yall

Got two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches which were perfect. My coffee was good. The guy working their was nice. I'd go again.

Always great service

I was here on December 10th about 2:30 in the afternoon when a belligerent older man came in. He started talking about his order and harassing the cashier Colby (?) Because he was having a little trouble. He ordered a wrap with extra bacon and when he got it flipped out because there wasn't "extra bacon" and even I blatantly saw extra bacon on the wrap so the customer began yelling at Peter who made his wrap and complaining about "how he [Peter] always does this, he gets extra bacon everywhere else." Etc. I would like to give props to the whole team for remaining calm and collected throughout the event and Peter especially for just sitting there getting screamed at and remaining collected and not firing back at the angry old man. Ana also did her best to fix the problem. Just a A+ job for Ana and Peter.

I like it because great place and mostly friendly staff. Good choices of coffee and doughnuts. Should add a bit more breakfast choices.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the city. The crew is always fantastic and friendly. They do their jobs excellently every time and every one of them does a phenomenal job.

I buy their ground coffee by the pound and use it at home. When you get used to quality coffee at home, Folgers just won't pass muster.

1st shift is awesome very friendly and respectful 1st shift is the only reason I go there
