Dunkin'

I went to grab a sandwich and a matcha latte this morning. The person taking my order didn’t hear the “matcha” part and when I went to use the coupon for the latte, it declined. This was peak rush hour. The team worked together to fix the issue and not one of them took out their frustration on me. None of them were stressed out about the line building up. They just focused on fixing my issue. In the end, they made one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. Shout out to this team. 👏

I ordered an everything bagel sandwich with crispy bacon. The person who made it cooked it perfectly. It was made well and was better than other Dunkin locations.

Me and my fiance come here almost every night to spend some time. Sometimes we'll even hang here with friends. Very friendly staff. They engage in conversation and are super helpful. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Even though staff was short the young ladies was very respectable. Store was very clean more clean when the other few times i visit. I hope these young ladies get a raise. Its so hard to find good worker's going threw this covid 19. Much love to The young ladies and their families. And who ever trained them.

I had a fun experience with this Cashier girl with blue hair and glasses. She had excellent customer service. She was sweet and bubbly just how I like my Dunkin workers. Need more people like her for night shifts. That's why I give tips for people like that. 😍😍

I had never been to this Dunking location until this visit because of the location ( I always considered it awkward to access)...this night I went with a friend and co-vendor.
OMG the staff there are SOOO super friendly! Dunkin is Dunkin...cookie cutter chain...but It was just an all around fun experience. I will go back...just not alone. It was nighttime, it is definitely inner-city and I am an out-of-my-element country girl. But if I have a traveling pal, without hesitation.

I LOVE this Dunkin Donuts specifically because the staff (after seeing them almost everyday) you can see the bond between the workers and it's just like a big family. The girls ALWAYS make my daughter feel SO happy and important when they see her and even though some days they are so busy, they still find time to greet the customers other than just "what ya want"? Lol.
I'm glad I moved close to this Dunkin because I don't think I'll ever visit another one after coming here *Globe Street Dunkin (unless I have no other option).
I also want to thank the staff for having me and my daughters back and making sure we were safe in the day Hailey and I got nearly attacked by that rapid, rabies infested looking Pitbull aka Miss. Carroll. Lol.

I had the pleasure of getting the friendliest and most welcoming young girl at the drive through this morning. My coffee was perfect..great way to start my day!!! Thanks Dunkin staff!

I used to go everyday. One a day for as long as I can remember. However had to do a change for health purposes so I rarely get my coffee. Got one today and still delicious.

Great coffee great service reasonable price always the same. It's not a hit-or-miss drive-thru. Coffee is always hot and always tastes the same service is always Pleasant

This my place every morning. Drive through is fun and service is great. After almost 20 years going there they know how to make MY coffee. Highly recommend!

I don't understand some of these reviews but there's a great crew now as of 1/2017 been going there 6 months or so and great friendly crew , make coffee's perfect to my liking ,never mess up on orders , like ham and cheese wakeup wrap , I get egg at others when I clearly say ham and cheese only, pricing is never a problem after a pats game at others I have to check bc I get charged full price even when they win , all in all one of the best DD in the area

It is often busy and can be slow. But the people that work there are really nice and it makes it that much better. Nice going to a place where they remember who you are.

I absolutely love love love love love Dunkin Donuts I worked there in high school till 11 years go part-time I love that young guys are starting to serve coffee before it used to be only girls it's the cutest thing to see like teenagers I just love every Dunkin Donuts I think the most the best coffee ever some of my friends still work there is well I just love Dunkin Donuts I've never have anything bad to say God bless them they do a terrific job and nine out of 10 stores won't even allow tips every time I go into a donkeys it brings me right back to high school days now I'm an old lady hahaha great job Dunkin Donuts employees and management
