Love this Dunkin'. I think they have a better attitude because of the no-tipping policy.
When I handed the girl my card and a tip, she told me they weren't allowed. But she was genuinely appreciative that I wanted to give one.

Some of best staff out of any Dunkin we’ve been to! So nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you! Plenty of seating and parking at this location too, and it’s close to the water. Enjoy!

My favorite DD! Morning staff are right on the ball. My coffees always made perfectly (in the morning) at night... it's hit or miss. Usually young kids working at night, sometimes they're good & friendly and other nights it's a hang out. Like tonight where it was messy inside, trash on the floor while workers toss around a paper airplane. Oook. Coffee is usually always pretty good here. Even in the morning, sometimes they're super friendly. Other times, they're blahh but ultimately this location is the best one in the city to go to for quick service & consistency.

My new favorite Dunkin Donuts the place is the best and all the employees are very kind very friendly always respectable and the always have a smile on there faces to help you with what you need. The coffee actually taste the coffee. Not watered down coffee love it here the best 😊😊😊😊

This Dunkin is super clean and efficient
I go to others near my home and order the same sandwich with no egg and I always get one or two slices of bacon for in between 5 or 6 dollars BUT THIS DUNKIN MADE IT A SANDWICH!!! Toasty and delicious and the young lady working drive-thru this afternoon was so nice and friendly I will be returning whenever I am in the area! Best Dunkin ever!!!

Hands down the best Dunkin Donuts in the city! The long lines says it all. It is because they make coffee excellent. I know some may think, "well how difficult is it to make a coffee?" The reality is it could be very simple to make a coffee but what makes their coffee taste great is their process, their cleanliness, and the consistency. Being a former Manager years back for Dunkin cleaning the machines and calibrations is extremely important for many different products they offer. Not only that, the team knows how to work fast and effectively together to get you in and out as soon as possible.

Another thing I want to point out is some of the poor reviews you may see of people complaining about employees being rude. My experience has always been great! I can guaranteed you that these people complaining are the ones who are the ones in fact being rude and disrespectful not being patient and thinking its a gourmet restaurant, have it your way style when they don't realize these employees are following standards and policies. I will also point out that if you want respect from people you need to learn how to give respect. It's simple to be kind and ask them to remake a coffee without breaking your neck and going all ghetto on someone. You get what you put out into the Universe. I will add they have an awesome boss who is also the owner who is always there helping them out which is very rear!

I swear this is the ONLY Dunkin in Fall River that I will go to! Their customer service is excellent and they never get my order wrong. It’s always up to date with their decor and always very clean. I never see bugs around their donut or bagel area unlike every other Dunkin in Fall River. I made the mistake to go to the one on Quarry St. because it’s right next to where I live and was so disappointed it’s worth it to take the extra 10 min to go to Milliken Dunkin with great staff and great customer service.

Love love love Dunkin coffee in the morning. I really don't think anything in this world is better than a nice hot Dunkin coffee on a crisp morning with a bit of a chill in the air. Just perfection!! I was so sad when they discontinued the Dunkachinno that was my all time favorite I remember the first time I got a one way back in 1999 when my mother stated working at Dunkin and it was my go to for a lot of years very very sad to see it go. I really hope the bring it back even if it is in a limited capacity for a short time every now and again because I really love this things

One of the local dunks that actually makes your coffee exactly how you order it. True coffee drinkers know not every dunks has good coffee makers. This location has yet to disappoint. Keep up the great work guys, it's noticed & appreciated!

This is me and my wife's favorite Dunkin Donuts location. The staff is always friendly and I'm pretty sure by now they know what we'll order before we start. The orders are always done right and the coffee is always delicious. No matter how long the line is we can always count on it moving fast. If you need some Dunkin in your life, this is the spot to go for it.

I literally travel out of my way to go to this Dunkin , some times their a wait but worth it ,(depending on time of day )an If / when theirs a problem they fix it, No hassle . Staff are always nice the only tips they take are Kind Thank You .... no matter the business u visit your attitude can make the difference.

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin in the city. I don't know the girls by name but as far as I know everyone makes a great coffee. I am never disappointed when I go there. They make my coffee perfect literally everytime. I hate going anywhere else. I only do if I have no choice but yet I regret it everytime. Needless to say this is my favorite dunkin ever. Thank you ladies for always making sure I am good even when I mess up my mobile order. Ugh lol Keep up the good work. I sure do appreciate you all.

I love Jenny ahe is amazing always makes my coffee perfect.her attitude starts my day off wonderful wish there were more of her in all places I go ...she is absolutely great at her job. I love her!!!! Her smile her just saying hello and remembering ppl orders is amazing .and they always have the same workers so that show they have a great team and I see it daily they all work together to make sure we get out food hot and our coffee perfect...o will never go else where this is one of the very best dunkin donuts around ...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JENNY WE ALL LOVE GOING HERE AND YOU HAVE ALIT TO DO WITH THAT TY ..

One of the best Dunkin's in the city. I don't drink Dunkin's much anymore cause I now buy the bottle of iced coffee for home, but when I do I go to Milliken Blvd. The owner knows how to run a great business.

I'm definitely hooked on the macchiato. Love this location. Great workers with great personality. I'm a regular so when I pull up to the speaker or walk inside the store they already know and start that espresso machine knowing my order so I'm in and out on my lunch break. Always clean and order made correctly

This Dunkin' donuts is very well organized and is well staffed. They are very busy most of the time the drive thru is packed, but if you go inside it's not usually bad. They have a great selection of donuts and other bakery items. I would recommend this Dunkin' donuts if you're in the area they have fresh donuts and bagels.
