The place was pretty good! It’s in the cut. The parking is alittle tricky, but it’s worth the hassle for the place. The pizza is Neapolitan style and it’s really good. It’s all one size and they are personal pizzas that come with about 8 slices each. I just got a regular pepperoni pizza and it filled me up and I couldn’t finish mine. They have an outside area or an inside bar you can sit at and enjoy your pizza. The staff were very friendly and the music was pretty chill. A nice spot to grab some good quality pizza!

It’s right next to a wine and beer place 🍷🍺which makes it very convenient for a chill meal; although you must order from a window, they give you a cone that you take with you to any table that you choose and there they look for you to leave your food 😊 it’s outdoors and now that the weather is changing to enter spring time, it makes it a very good spot ☺🌸 I did not remember to take a picture of our pizzas because I WAS STARVING! 🤣 but we take some leftovers home and I totally devour them the following day 😅😁

I have lived in Matthews over 16 years and I just recently heard of this place. I had a hard time finding the building because it is small and located in a weird spot. I ordered 3 of their standard menu pizzas and they were all delicious. The cheese taste better then other pizza places and each slice had just enough. They use a wood fire oven which cooks the dough just right. I will never buy pizza from a large chain restaurant again.

The pizza was excellent! Great toppings and fair prices. Order your pizza at a takeout window, and grab a seat at one of the many outdoor picnic tables. It's attached to Seaboard, so pair it with a beer (they have soda and water options too) The salad was sizable for the price. We'll be back!

I stumbled upon Exchange Pizza Depot tucked in-between buildings, with parking in the back, and I'm thrilled I did! This place is a true hidden gem for pizza lovers like me.

The first thing that caught my attention was the cozy and inviting atmosphere. It's perfect for a casual dinner or grabbing a quick slice during lunchtime. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the pizza - it's simply outstanding! The crust was crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, just how I like it. The variety of toppings and their generous portions left my taste buds dancing with joy. Whether you prefer classic pepperoni or adventurous gourmet options, they have something for everyone.

Besides pizza, they also offer a wide range of sides and appetizers that are equally delicious. I highly recommend trying their garlic knots and mozzarella sticks – they are to die for!

In terms of pricing, it's very reasonable, especially considering the quality and taste. You get excellent value for your money.

When I first got a pizza here I really wasn’t excited. The style was never my favorite. Fast forward to 2 years later and this is my favorite pizza place. The crust is the absolute perfect blend of flavor, crunch, and softness. The toppings are always top quality. Never did I think a pickle, and buffalo chicken would be my favorite pizzas. Top quality and taste, and then the outdoor atmosphere is awesome.

First time eating here, just ordered 2 pizzas with pepperoni, onions and roasted garlic. This is now my new favorite pizza, it's was delicious. The people were great, very nice. Will definitely go back again.

Pizza was awesome! Next time we will try an on menu item but the BYO is an awesome choice to get what you want! Prices are great, and if the weather is nice; having your beer delivered from Seaboard is a perfect combination!

Cute outdoor pizza joint with fresh pizza that hits the spot! Quick, friendly service. Our pizza with 2 drinks was only $20. We'll definitely be back!

Oh my! What an awesome little place! Beautiful afternoon In Matthews, and Andrea at Beauty Studio up the road said this place was very good. What an understatement. This place was awesome! We had the basic pepperoni (3yo hanging today). It was amazing and looking forward to trying some other options. Oh, grab a beer or wine next door at Seaboard Brewing!

This is a hidden gem. Located next to a brewery and wine. Give this place a try.

The pizza shack is always a great place to get pizza and enjoy time with friends. It is also kid and pet friendly. It’s right in the heart of downtown Matthews, and there are plenty of things to do in the area.

Excellent affordable pizza. It is one of our go-to, casual date spots. Haven’t had anything bad here.

Solid pizza and build your own for 15 bucks is practically a steal. Delicious and really hits that pizza spot deep in your soul. I think next time I'll ask for a Lil well done

Delicious pizza in a variety of flavors. We always look forward to eating here and hanging out with friends, sharing time, stories and pizza pies.

One of my favorite pizza places in Charlotte. The quality is top notch. During the summer time I'll sit in the back of Seaboard Brewing grab a beer and this place will bring me my pizza. I've never had a bad slice of pizza here. I will say the staff can be not smart at times but generally they are ok. I go to a pizza place for pizza not service. The pizza I get is either the ENT which is pimento cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers 🥰 (greatest unexpected pizza combo ever trust me I've had about 1,100 pizzas) and the Jordan which is your typical sausage and pepperoni. Buffalo chicken isn't half bad either. Either way the crust is made the way I like it perfectly and the cheese and sauce is spot on. I will say I only eat there on non peak hours like after work or on the weekends when there's no events going on.

Great little spot. Right behind a tap house. I had the mushroom and truffle pizza (recommended by the guy working) 10/10, pizza was delicious. This would make a great date night or date spot!
