My husband and I went to this place after being told by another dealer close by that this one would have the Honda Navi. We got there and spoke to an older gentleman about the bike and he said he would get the sales rep , I guess the son is the rep and he comes out all hot and bothered. We were told one price and then he decided to tell us a price that was $1500 over msrp. Blaming it on the prep fees, destination fees etc. we literally just bought a z125 two days prior and the fees were no where near as insane as this place was asking. The guy just started raising his voice and treating us like we were dumb and unaware. We’ve done countless research on bikes, spoke to countless dealerships on out the door prices to determine what would be a good fit for me. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if he thought we weren’t serious buyers because we’re young. Either way I have never in my life been spoken to or screamed at like that by a business owner and I’m left still not understanding why he went 0 to 100. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Apparently charging 1,500$ over msrp on a 2,000$ bike is “standard” to these people, but on the phone they will quote you 2700$ out the door, apparently that’s standard for them too, they like to bait you in, then when you ask how’d you come up with the number 3500$? They will start to yell and tell you your dumb and can’t read and don’t know what +++ means, yea I get it now, it means your trying to scam people, lost our business, ended up at a different dealer at for 2800$ out the door, this place is a scam and a half and completely rude and unprofessional
Oh then he will chase you out into the parking lot pointing is finger in your face while screaming at you like your his child
Just avoid the headache all together and go somewhere else, there partnering company up the block referred us here and that was a mistake

This s the place to go if you want to get taken advantage of they will shotgun your credit and pick the worst bank their inventory is slim and they will not keep their word the finance guy is shady save yourself money and most importantly aggravation go to CHEVY 112 the best experience and no B.S. and a huge selection of QUALITY VEHICLES purchased a vehicle at 112 chevy and drove it home the same day with no hassles. I had called them several months ago asking for a price to do the 7500 mile service on my Suzuki Burgman 650. When I first called him lady told me that the service manager would call me back. I tried calling three more days after that and no one ever called me back. They obviously don’t want to service anything. I will never call them again.

Literally ripped us off good thing we checked if there are anything cheaper and sure enough most of the deals are at low 1,000 and high 100's and he offered us 3,200
