All the staff were very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean. The McDonald's, this particular location was very clean and the entire staff seemed to work well together and they were able to easily give great customer service! Last, but not least the food came out super fast and everything was fresh, FANTASTIC JOB!

I love the new decor and the staff were so lovely and attentive.
They made sure my Lyft driver arrived even after the dine in was closed so I could wait safely. I didn't know it is now only 24 hours drive thru now. The last time I was there it was open all night. I use to eat there after the law library at Cumberland closed at 2am years ago.

Tonight, I received the most lightning fast service of my life from this McDonalds. Sure, I asked for a simple thing being a Big Mac meal with a large Dr. Pepper w/o ice, but still. Props to the workers there that night.

I mostly go through drive-through. The service is quick and good always fresh!

I went through drive-thru ordered a large Carmel frappe with extra Carmel drizzle and like always it was made right and DELICIOUS

There was a guy with dreads, very nice and accommodating. I placed an online order for a sandwich and cookies and once I got there the woman on the speaker tried to tell me that cookies were not available, but thankfully he came to the rescue. He gets 5 stars from me, he said he was new, I hope he ends up in management soon because he went above and beyond. He had dreads and a grey shirt

Took our grandson to McDonald's, and it was a very nice place. The food and service was very nice.

The staff at this location are always so kind to me and my children when we come. They are helpful with mobile app and helping you pick out what’s affordable! Thank you for your outstanding customer service and great food.

I came to this McDonald’s on 08/03/2023 around 2pm and the drive through attendant was super nice and sweet. My food order was all correct even with the sauces and it was tasty. Great experience!

Fantastic Experience at McDonald's with a Touchscreen Order Machine!

I recently visited McDonald's and had a fantastic experience, thanks to their new touchscreen order machine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a giant iPhone-like device that made ordering a breeze. It was like having a personalized assistant guiding me through the menu options. The user-friendly interface and clear instructions made the process smooth and efficient.

I decided to order a kids meal because my boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with the recently released movie, "The Little Mermaid." The timing couldn't have been more perfect, as he was excited about the movie and I wanted to surprise him. The kids meal was exactly what I was looking for, complete with a charming "Little Mermaid" theme.

While ordering, I couldn't help but express my disappointment that my boyfriend had to work on the holiday, Juneteenth.

Now, let's talk about the food itself. When it arrived, it was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the soft drinks were perfectly chilled. The attention to detail in preparing the food was evident, and it definitely enhanced the overall taste.

The highlight of the kids meal was the Ursula toy, which my boyfriend absolutely loved. The level of detail in the makeup and the quality of the toy were impressive. It made the experience even more enjoyable for him, and I couldn't help but admire the thought put into the happy meal toys.

Overall, my visit to McDonald's was outstanding. The convenience and efficiency of the touchscreen order machine, coupled with the delicious food and attention to detail, exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the staff's commitment to providing great service, even on holidays. I highly recommend this McDonald's location for a delightful dining experience, whether you're a fan of "The Little Mermaid" or not.

Drove through for a diet coke. When did people stop saying Thank you, or even acknowledging you when you say it. Also, saying no problem, I always feel is if I'm being pre-judged and I was thought to be a problem at first glance? What's up with all that?

Everytime we go here the drive thru line is pretty long. We mobile order and when we arrive our food is already there. I’ve noticed that the service here is usually a lot better than neighboring McDonalds like the one in Vestavia on Montgomery HWY. The employees here are always nice and pretty friendly. The inside is clean and at night there’s close to no one inside. They also open super late now which is pretty nice.

always accurate with the order in drive thru! They are a black owned restaurant too!
