Have rented several times. The attention to detail, the flexibility with the scheduling, the personalized service from Susan - cannot praise enough. I changed my reservation, date, time and size of the truck - multiple times. Not only did she flex with me, actually followed up to call the day before to provide options for different size of trucks availability and updates. Who does that in this day and age :)

The customer service I received here was awesome. I called to get prices for a storage unit and got a great price for 5 months. One week later I needed more space and they let me change my contract with no hassle. I also needed a rental truck for a day and they did not have any available. The lady that was working. Volunteered to call around until she found one that fitted my need. She saved me a lot if time and money.
