Had been sent here by u-haul because a different location didn’t have our truck, u-ha dropped the ball and this location didn’t actually have it. This dealer helped resolve this issue to the best of their ability by giving a bigger truck and threw in a few extras for the inconvenience, great personality as well, she’s fun

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They're very understanding to customers' needs or changes. I would highly recommend this location. The staff I worked with set a standard on how customers should be treated and how they interact with them. Great people to do business with.

I am a repeat customer and was so thrilled by the super friendly service the first time that when I needed another rental this is the first location i thought of. Second time around was just as amazing. Staff is super efficient and Julie the manager was as nice as could be. One feels so relaxed coming here. . . Like old town friendly hospitality in a city setting. Went to the back office for paperwork because front was busy and it actually felt like home. Highest recommendation.

They checked me in within a reasonable amount of time and even hooked up and unhooked my trailer for me.

The greatest experience I've ever had at an U Haul. During pickup and drop off, I've interacted with 4 different staff members. Everyone one of them were friendly and eager to help, which they did. I even had multiple blown trailer light fuses and they replaced all of them for free.
