Life Storage - Wesley Chapel

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to leave one today when we met Jason! What an amazing person this gentleman was today. We upgraded to a bigger unit after analyzing that we had a bit more than we thought... He took his time to explain our options and gave us a recommendation for a much bigger unit that we were so relieved to see the room we had! However it doesn't stop there... Jason then took it upon himself to guide us, hold up an umbrella during the pouring rain so we could safely get our belongings into the building unharmed and best of all not soaked! His customer service was out of this world! And he lives to provide it without a second thought. I recommend this place just because of him alone! Thank you Jason!

Jason was extremely helpful and informative. I have rented at various places and think that Jason is one of the best customer service people that I've run into. He was great, showed us the space and gave us some great advice. Great guy all around.

I’ve never been so impressed with the level of customer service given to us at this location at Wesley Chapel, Ashley and Jason were super helpful and courteous and it was very nice dealing with them. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were being met. The location is always clean, moving carts available for use and we felt are items were safe due to the security systems in place. Highly recommended!!

Second time renting here and Ashley was super friendly and accommodating. We could have gotten a unit for less or more promotional rate but the service here is so great and the facilities are so clean and neat it’s the best of everything. Thank you Ashley for being the very best customer advocate!

Ashley, the store manager was incredible. Provided us with detail information regarding the storage unit sizes and pricing. Ashley had excellent customer service, very polite and welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone there is looking for storage. Absolutely amazing experience.

Life Storage was an excellent place to store boxes and furniture from my mother’s apartment. The staff was also excellent, from setting up to the storage unit to getting there and taking the items into the storage unit. The storage units are climate controlled, which makes perfect conditions to store almost anything. In addition, the place was super clean.

This location of Life Storage in Wesley Chapel is an ideal place to store the extra stuff you can't fit into your house. Ashley and Jason were cordial and super helpful from my very first visit. Ashley took the time to show me the storage unit I was interested in and explained the access protocols. I found her to be friendly and knowledgeable. Signing up was a breeze; so was registering on their website. While I am fully satisfied with the built-in security features of storage access, the unit itself and the cleanliness of the place, exiting the Life Storage building onto Rt 54 East always involves a long wait, thanks to the traffic that never seems to stop! This is my only peeve!

I've been with life storage several years. And my experience with them has always been awesome on all levels and getting me the best storage bin that they have at the best price this facility is the best so is Ashley? Thanks so much!

The process was smooth and easy. Jason was great to work with, and he went above and beyond in answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. We have utilized this location now multiple times and highly recommend as the facility is clean, well kept and everything is in working order.

I wanted to take the time to say, this place is clean and efficient. I was coming from Gainesville and forgot my storage keys, the main reason I drove to Chapel. They gave me no issues, I was able to show my ID (among other measures) and they made the processes easy, safe, secure, and EFFICIENT. No hard time, no hassle. I kept my things in there for 3 years and they kept very clean and in shape.

This was a great place to store our furniture. The site was safe, clean, with reasonable access hours. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful, especially Jason.
