First time working with Luke and his team was easy. One of our janitorial clients has issues with their store and needed a water extraction for their water damage in San Francisco so I quickly reached out to local pros and I’m glad I decided to go with ServPro. Due to a fire incident we searched out Servpro of Burlingame. Luke Awwad was sent out to observe and quote the damage. He was very thorough and presented options to work within our timeline. Due to the nature and timing of the fire it was very important to be able to respond quickly so that the business was not interrupted and back operating for their year end events during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. Even after there was an issue with the initial repair, Luke was able to mobilize his team the next day on a holiday weekend. Very happy that I found Servpro. We had a flood in our commercial building and needed immediate help. After calling numerous companies, Servpro was by far the most responsive and courteous on the phone, and they had a team out to our site within a couple hours. The guys they sent to do the work had been working on another project since 8am, and they still worked on our emergency until late into the night. They returned the following morning to complete the work and did a great job. Super thorough, very professional and a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough. That being said...I hope I never see them again!

Tyler and his team were absolutely wonderful during a highly stressful and overwhelming situation. Servpro was able to make it out very quickly, and then gave us a clear outline of what would happen/what they needed to do. I had called around town after water intrusion during the Dec 2022 - Jan 2023 storm at my home. Some of the highly rated companies in town did not have anyone available for 3 weeks out. One came by, checked things out but NEVER bothered to send an estimate for demo work because it's too small potatoes for them.
