Looking at reviews from 4+ years ago, they have definitely hired a better person. Came here when they opened on a Monday - Darshana was excellent, very helpful, and very fast. I was one of three customers and we each were very appreciative of her!

Honest UPS STORE. They only charge $25/mo for POBOX and does not try to rip you off. Other UPS Stores charges more. Great customer service. Give them your business. I rented a POBOx from them with a street address.

Had to get something notarized. It was quick and easy and $15.

Been going to this UPS store for over 10 years (I think they changed owners few years back?). Even though I moved to South City two years ago, I just keep coming back here. The location is very convenient since I run errands in downtown Millbrae. It's family own and the staffs are always friendly. I did my background check here for my first job, returned a DOA gpu for my first PC build (I need to paid for the shipping), and I returned my first Amazon order here as well (I remember I had to pay $1 to print the label). And of course it continues to be my to go spot to make returns lo (free and hassle free) l. I love how I get my money back immediately.

Great to have them in town. Nice employees. Available Notaries. Passport pics. Very useful services! Open 6 days a week.

Went here to ship a lot of boxes. Darshana was really friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience and everything went smoothly. She provided thorough information and answered all my questions. I was really stressed about having to ship so many things, but Darshana made the experience very pleasant. Would recommend!

The couple that owns it are so nice and friendly. You never have to wait long. The customer service is top notch!!

Millbrae UPS Store is under new ownership. I've had very positive experiences over multiple visits. Staff has been polite, helpful and very accomodating. Haven't had long wait times like at the Burlingame Plaza location. Free parking on Broadway but I usually park in the public parking lot across the street from the store.

I visited the store at 6:15 on Friday and the staff explained to me that the package would leave on Monday.
My staying time was just two minutes, and I got a good experience from him.
