I wanted to give a HUGE Shout out to Kash K @Sunnyvale store for taking care of me on my new pixel 8! Outstanding customer service And Odalis has been my go to team member for almost 3 years now. Both superb!

Came in to trade our phones without an appointment & Mike, store manager, & his associate, Romero, were very helpful, provided smooth service & were professional and at the same time we were able to crack jokes while we waited for data to be transferred to the new phone.

Pleasant expierance all around.

Super fast and friendly customer service at this store! I came in and they set me up with 5 phones for my family much cheaper than I thought it would be . I’m saving at least $100/month over Verizon! They got all this done in record time so I could spend the rest of my day enjoying myself. Thanks to the manager and all the employees at this location- you all made my day, my week, my month!!

Dave and Jonathan were both great dudes! They hooked me up with T-Mobile Home Internet for a good price and gave me a complimentary umbrella because it was storming out. Really great service!

The staff was super helpful. He presented all the deals and offers that was available. He went out of his way to stay an extra 30 mins to help set up the transfer while his kids were waiting.

The best spot for getting a new phone. Customer service is excellent. They always make sure your questions are answered and your satisfied.

When I landed in San Fransisco after traveling abroad, I came to this store to get an account with t-mobile. They gave me a great service and a good price. Lucky me, I even got an awesome phone number. Nice store and nice sales men.

I came today to ask help for my phone. Turns out there was a system upgrade and when these things happen I freak out because I don't recognize the changes. The guy (I didn't get his name, too bad) patiently walk me through the changes. Very good for customer like me who is not tech savvy. Thanks!

Just switched to T Mobile from AT&T. This location was very helpful and friendly. I switched four lines including one land line. Priscilla who assisted me was great and hung with me through whole process and even checked back with me days after I was in the store to see how it was going with the line transfers.
