Value Store It Self Storage is a well-run business. The facility is clean & well cared for. The employees are friendly & willing to assist your needs in storage or moving. Each individual storage unit is clean & free of cobwebs & dust - even the exterior units!! Theresa, the property manager, goes above & beyond to provide the best service possible to each of her customers. Theresa takes time to make sure every transaction goes smoothly & troubleshoots any problem that should arise. The storage unit we rent here is climate-controlled which makes any trip to visit your items comfortable. Thank you Theresa for everything you have done to make our moving ordeal have a positive outcome!!

I would have to say that my experience with Value Store in Wesley Chapel was excellent plus! Top notch service. I want to thank Ms. Jay and Ms. Theresa for all of their help. The facility is always clean, the prices are very, reasonable. I definitely recommend them for your storage needs, I would also use them again in the future. They also have Uhaul's which they didn't have what I needed for my time frame but it's a plus.

I had a headache of moving my house into a storage unit in a 3 day period and Theresa was so helpful with the U-Haul rentals and making sure I needed and that my unit was big enough for my property. I was surprised she remembered me because of the weak gap of me coming in for the rental. Great employee!! She was also very attentive with other customers walking in, making sure they knew she'd be right with them.

I am the owner of Ultimate ac Specialists and needed to rent a storage unit for my business tools . Again the place is kept clean and very proffesional . Theresa went over and above to help accommodate us for our needs. I have rented previously from other places and wish I had found this place a long time ago .

Clean units, great prices, and Theresa at the front desk was super friendly/helpful! She took me up to the unit and made sure I knew how to use the locks before I signed the papers. Very happy with my new storage unit!

I loved storing my items as it was easily accessible. They also have dolly's and such to make your move easier.

The facility was very clean and bright and the manager who served us was very polite and professional....I nice change from experiences at other companies. She helped us quickly and answered all of our questions. Our items are nice and secure in our new storage unit.

Helped my mom get a storage unit until the house is finished and Steve made the process easy and explained all the features. Definitely would recommend to all my friends for storage.
