Food was great. The woman that took our service wasn’t very friendly at all. But efficient

Long line but super friendly employees and we had a difficult order in which they got exactly correct. The food was hot and delicious. Even the fries were hot.

Been coming to this McDonald's for 15+ years now. It's had its ups and downs but the past several months they've been pleasant, clean, and great to visit. The ladies running the lunch shift appear to run a tight ship and are great at customer service!

On a road trip with four people, stopped for bathroom and drinks. Friendly and fast service.

One of the only McDonald's I've been to that has decent, friendly service in the drive-thru. Most just service you to get you through the line as quickly as possible without them actually acknowledging your presence. It really means a lot to the customer when they encounter a worker that gives a smile and a greeting!

I just wanted to give a review mainly of the excellent service I always receive from Karena. She works the drive through. I normally pull through early mornings before work and she’s always happy and bright. Like a ray of sunshine. There’s always a smile. This location always gets my caramel mochas correct! I specifically come to this location because the one off Acton needs a lil help🙃. I also met Toya at the 2nd window today and she was extremely pleasant with a bright smile.

What can you expect, it's a McDonald's, gotta either love it or hate it, but their chicken nuggets never get old especially with sauce, I didn't even know they had BBQ sauce till now! Even though I'm still all grown up, I would safely say I'm sneaking in a happy meal for myself next time heheh.

Has to be the best McDonald’s! We always stop here on our way to PCB. Friendly staff and always great southern sweet tea. I had the best biscuit I’ve ever had at McDonald’s this morning. Thanks!!

Pleasantly surprised, chips were piping hot fresh done and the burgers at this store were also hit off the press, well executed and sorted quickly. I rarely comment on McDonalds outlets, but this one...this seems a bit different, dare I say a cut above many of the others? You go, and see if this is a fair assessment. Proofs in the pudding...or so they say

Great services and friendly staff! This McDonald's knocked it out of the park. Great place to stop! Manager was spot on and showing and teaching his staff!

Got breakfast was traveling. Delicious.

Ate here with the family and used the ordering kiosk. An employee named Tyler was so helpful and friendly— offering help if we needed it. The store was clean and the food was cooked properly and served at the proper temperature. Tyler checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He was so positive. All employees were helpful. We were there about 5:30 pm for dinner.

I was out of town and I pulled up and they were only two workers at this McDonald's that morning. I am an everyday hot latte drinker and this lady made me the best one I've had yet from McDonald's!

Good food and prices.

Great Hot Breakfast! Bacon, Egg and cheese biscuit, always on spot! Always friendly staff.

It was a good McDonald's, it was super simple. In and out and it didnt have much of a wait, people were friendly and had good service.

All of the employees are really nice and our orders are always hot. A clean restaurant is very appreciated as well! They’ll also get your food out very quickly.

I used the app to order a caramel latte. When I got there they apologized because the machine was down. I needed caffeine, so the gentleman suggested coffee and he would add chocolate. I asked would he fix it and make it sweet? Needless to say they made me some fresh coffee, sweetened it, and added mocha to it. It may seem small to some, but he made sure I had a smile before I left. And that ladies & gentlemen is customer service.

Only problem was at lunch and they were really slammed but still got our lunch at a reasonable time

Traveling from Florida to Alabama to kentucky, stopped to get a snack and some drinks (they had hot and fresh apple pies) I left my phone in the bathroom and we drove 30 mins away when I realized. My grandma called the store, Jackie answered, asked me questions to verify that it was my phone, and promised it would be there. It was there and still in the condition i left it, with everything still in the card holder. Incredible service, the nicest people iv ever spoken to at a McDonald's. I would highly recomend, even just for the service.
