Sonic Drive-In

Summer is the GOAT! I get a diet cherry limeade, light ice a few times a week, and she is always so nice and pleasant. Service is generally quick, and the folks are friendly!

Most of the bays we're non-functioning screens, thankfully this location had a drive-thru. The drive-thru was efficient, staff friendly, and food good.

The new chicken wraps are good I would buy another one soon

Need to keep their lot cleaner. Trash everywhere, especially under the window you pay and get food. No excuses.

Love the toaster burger, tater tots, and shakes! My personal favorite is the banana shake!

Perfectly mixed slush! I asked for a Strawberry fruit slush with xtra fruit. This is about the best one I have had. Sweet like it’s supposed to be with lots of flavor and with xtra fruit. Went to Sonic in Alabaster last week and they I kid you not, gave me a slush that was only white ice, and the car hop told me that “ it probably didn’t get mixed right” and did not try to get me a new one. Kudos to this location for making my slush right. Service was fast and car hop called me , sir and said thank you.

While it's kind of a bummer that you can only pick up your food in the drive-thru, they do provide excellent service. The food was ready to go by the time I got up to the window and they got it right one hundred percent.

Stopped by the newly renovated Sonic to pick up lunch. Loved the look of the “glass” dining room.

We chose the drive threw. Service was quick, staff was friendly.

Typical Sonic menu. I grabbed a double bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Burger was fresh and juicy. Onion rings were crisp and hot.

No complaints for a quick burger and rings.

Every time I go to this one, they greet me with a proper salutation. My order comes out quickly, the servers have smiles on their faces, and when I stay there to eat, each server that comes out always ask if I'm OK or if I need anything else. The other sonics don't do that! Excellent customer service! Keep it up!

I have never had such prompt and friendly service at a Sonic in my life. While the service is always fast at this location, Mariah (our carhop) went above and beyond. She was extremely personable and brought us the extra condiments we requested quickly and with a genuine, happy attitude. The food was excellent and modified exactly as we'd ordered. It was a refreshing change for a trip to a fast food establishment to be an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend

Great service and quick too might I add! The food was as I expected and I got all the condiments I needed without even asking! I also got to enjoy my time on a nice lounge couch making me feel like I was sitting in a Starbucks! It’s incredible how much this place has improved aesthetically! And the service is just as great as always!!

The wait was not long, the food was made to order, the service was polite.

LOVE this Sonic! They are always super friendly and fast! I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for my order. Our orders are always accurate and delicious, great job guys!

Decent food and they're the only one nearby that allows app orders. We had to wait a while for our food tonight, even though we ordered ahead. But they're usually very quick and they were packed tonight, so no worries.

Friendly Staff,beyond that, "ITS SONIC!" exactly what you should expect from SONIC. ***Note... Possibly the best turn around time, from the time we ordered to the conclusion of food delivery was at the most 5-6 min. The food was freshly made and the lady who brought it out was gleaming with positive vibes

They have remodeled with a drive thru...not as many parking stalls as before. Food was fast and good. But the new stalls are very narrow than before. Hard for the tenant to hand the food to anyone in front seat.

This recently rebuilt Sonic is awesome. It is better than ever. Indoor and outdoor seating area. First Sonic I’ve seen with an indoor seating area. The inside has some really cool furniture made by a local company Magic City Woodworks. Very cool!

I've been going to the Pelham Sonic for ten years or so and my only dread was the remodel Haha. But they came out on the other side looking so much better. I've never gotten my order messed up in the slightest.

Chiaria made sure my order was to perfection. Very much my best experience to a Sonic.

Love my Sonic!! Appreciate & Love the specials...morning drink stop, happy hour, half price shakes after 8p, tue half price burgers, and surprise text specials... i choose Sonic when there are no active specials, because the food and the service are always top notch.
