I always love going to this starbucks, the drinks are always made right. But today I was having a rough morning that involved many tears, when I finally calmed down I thought maybe a latte will make me feel better when I went to order I started crying again. When I got to the window the sweet lady says this one is on them and she hopes I have a good day. Amazing drinks and amazing customer service.

Great service, accurate order and very friendly employees. Great place to stop for refreshments and food!

This Starbucks is located at Interstate 65 and Highway 119 in Pelham. It's also near Highwsy 31. The service is courteous and quick. It has plenty of seating space with tables and comfortable chairs. The wifi is solid. They have plenty of outlets for charging. It's a great place to drink coffee and study.

Friendly staff and quick in-and-out experience. Will definitely come back.

Luke, Hallmark and the ladies make you feel like everyone in CHEERS..where everybody knows your name! Awesome group of people! They treat everyone like family! My Sweetcream Vanilla Coldbrew is ALWAYS PERFECT at this location and their attitude adds a pop of cheer to your day!

Very convenient place to stop for a delicious treat. Hot or cold, there's a great selection. Fast service, friendly smiles and plenty of space to be at peace of enjoy a gathering.

this specific store has never given me a bad drink, i will always go out of my way to come to this store because they are just the best!!!! for some reason so many stores get my drink wrong but not this one!!!

I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake🍰🍓. 🥰so good 😊 the employees did a great job making it. vanilla bean frapp, with white mocha, and add strawberry. 🥰❤❤

Great atmosphere and good coffee. My daughter ordered for me and she is 10 and knew exactly what to get. Starbucks is my treat to her whenever we are out together. She calls it "starbies"!

Starbucks quality can be iffy depending on what store you visit. Pelham, Inverness and Cahaba Heights consistently produce high quality drinks. We get the caramel Frappuccino and the mocha crunch Frappuccino. All three stores craft a sweet, tasty drink. We'll drive past other stores to go to one of these three.

This is a great Starbucks! I have never had a mistake on any order, and I go at least 3 times a week. They have learned who I am, and sometimes, they will tell me my order even before I DO order! Friendly, clean, very professional. Great business to frequent!

AMAZING! They provide the best customer service EVERYDAY, my drink is exactly what I order and my sandwich is perfect every morning. The team is so positive and helpful, I love going in to see them each morning! this morning there was a Karen in front of me at the register, she was so very rude and demanding a single person remake her drinks. There was 30 people inside and the line was to the road so obviously they are just trying to keep up the pace to take care of everyone! The employee she was being so rude to was doing a great job staying professional. i was so impressed with her I would have not been able to do that if that woman was talking to me like she was! So great job to the young blonde you did a great job today and my drink was PERFECT!

Im embarrassed to even post this but I ordered on the app on a busy Saturday morning and came to the wrong location 😭 Delyee at the Cahaba Valley location went above and beyond and still got my order made for me! I am so appreciative of her service, and the whole team while a million people were coming in and out!!

Great service at this this Starbucks, not that it's ever really bad at most of them. The location is horrible, though. Getting in and out of the parking lot is problematic at the best of times. But that's no fault of the employees and, honestly, I'd rather risk my life here than drive all the way to Hoover or Alabaster. I've been here more often than I care to admit and everything has always tasted great.

I absolutely LOVE this location! My fiancé and I come here 5 days a week and it’s always perfect. In particular tonight, a sweet individual named Jay made our night! Best staff, best all around.

Blueberry muffins are AWESOME! They have the drive-thru down to a quick process! The sausage,egg and cheese sandwich is great. Also their fresh avocado spread is very refreshing!!

The workers are so kind and always greet us when we walk in! Love the atmosphere! Just an overall great experience!!

Love the new Starbucks in Pelham! The staff, of course, is friendly and helpful. But I love the way they've set it up the most. Really open layout with a minimum of merch. It's great for studying and working or reading or visiting. They have a good mix of bench tables, small tables, and sitting areas to converse with friends so the atmosphere is just right for whatever you need. Outside seating will be great for warmer weather.
