Driver through order. 7:30 am on a Saturday during spring break. Super fast drive through. Maybe 2 minutes start to exit with 10 cars ahead. Very efficient location. 7.50$ for chicken biscuit breakfast combo with hot tasty fresh coffee.

Very friendly and helpful. Clean and polite. Cozy atmosphere. Been to a lot of Chick-fil-As and nothing bad to say about any of them. But this one specifically went above and beyond for customer satisfaction! Thank you to all that worked today! 😁

Normally the food is amazing but I got a salad this time and I don’t think they’re weighing out portions correctly. I’ve attached a photo. The salad barely fills half of the container.
Update: They contacted me and more than made up for the bad experience. Great example of leadership, customer service, and hospitality.

This is the busiest chickfila I have ever been to. It was good, of course, though!

Went in to find spirit night. Plenty of people, families. E en with all of the people serving was fast and correct. The server was polite as well as the person that delivered my order. A nice polite place to eat and enjoy.

Always a great visit. This locations goes beyond to make sure everything is great. Even supplying diapers, wipes and feminine supplies in the ladies room. They also have mouthwash and lotion on the counter. There is a "kids corner" in the dining room with many supplies like small containers of cheerios and table mats, etc. Always clean too.

Despite the recent negative reviews, I had to come on and give a HUGE shout out to the amazing service I received this past week. I pulled into the drive through for a spontaneous dinner because it had been a long and stressful day. After completing my order, the employee (Andrew) gave me my total and I reached into my bag for my wallet... which was NOT there. I frantically searched but had 0 cards in my bag. I did have some cash, so I counted in and happened to be $2 short. I mean, just $2 dollars. I figured maybe Chickfila would just waive it or something, but instead this employee pulls out his OWN wallet, and hands me $2 and says "Don't worry, I'll spot you." I was shocked at his kindness, and also felt so bad that I was taking his money!! Once I got to where I would pay with cash, I actually found a card I had stored in my car, so I was able to return his money to him. But I was just blown away by that act of kindness, and it meant so much to this frazzled mom in that moment. So, I wanted to share, and big shout out to ANDREW for exceptional service!! THANK YOU!

I visited Grove location today when I came in I was immediately greeted by Esteban he was extremely friendly and accurate. He also showed me how to order with the mobile app which I was totally confused about. I have visited this location many times but today was by far the best. I’m not sure when this young man started however his customer service was nothing less than excellent! Way to go Esteban!!

As usual service was great. We stopped for breakfast on our way to the train museum in foley.

The service is impeccable, I was served by a young lady named wedad. Shout out to her for the pleasant experience!

Love the way they handle business best chicken in town

I travel the country for work and have not been disappointed with the quality and taste of food at any of there locations. Another great thing about Chick-fil-a is stores are clean and there staff is very friendly, at this location Shelly was going checking on guest and definitely gets A+ for customer service.

Been going here for years. I mostly use the app for in store pickup but today it was drive thru. I scan my code and pull around to the window and the staff gave me my drinks and said my order is slightly delayed and asked me to pull around front. They handed me a cardboard paper with a handwritten note before I pulled away. On the other side was a gift card. All for a 60 second delay. Jeffrey Foster has this place running on all cylinders. Consistently the most professional and pleasant chick fil a I’ve ever been too. Great start to my day!

Here, I am always treated as if I am important.

This is one BUSY Chick-fil-a!! We went inside expecting a long line, but the employees are very efficient and speedy! We barely waited five minutes to order, find a table and get our food. The service and food were stellar as always. That's why Chick-fil-a is a family favorite.

Moved here from Troy, where I loved my local Chick-fil-A. Fortunately this location also lived up to my expectations. Yes, it's busy sometimes but it's delicious so of course it's going to be popular. I've skipped the long lines now by ordering on the app and that helps tremendously. Nothing like a great sandwich and frosted coffee at the end of a long work day! Keep up the great work! Customer for life.

It was great! The service was friendly and fast and the food was delicious. My grandchildren enjoyed eating and being able to play in the playroom after their meal. Perfect!

I used to work at CFA and go by the CFA way. I usually judge every Chick-Fil-A I go to and I just wanted to say, this store crushed it!! My food was FRESH. Whoever is on breading right now is literally amazing, Boards/ Primary side, they know how to put together a sandwich. I will be coming back to this CFA again just so I can have another perfect sandwich.
