TeamLogic IT

TeamLogicIT has been our IT company for a little over three months and they have been awesome to work with. They are prompt and helpful. We have approximately 60 employees, and they feel as though their computer needs are a top priority when they call for support.
They are very skilled at explaining things in a way that makes technology easy to understand. I have the utmost confidence in their skills, and trust that they are making the best possible recommendations for our IT needs. I like that each of the consultants has a different area of expertise and they collaborate to ensure that any improvements are beneficial across the board.
The technological state of our company has drastically improved, and TeamLogicIT has brought me a piece of mind, I did not know I could experience.

Our company switched to TeamLogic IT over 3 years ago. They have been able to successfully assist with multiple projects including an entire office move and server replacements. Keeping up with our team across the US in different time zones can be a challenge, but TeamLogic IT is always very responsive and helpful.

We used TeamLogic to set up our new Senior Living community which relies heavily on internet connectivity. The TeamLogic team arrived at our community and handled every aspect of the project. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about every situation that arrived. Within a day they had our every user at the community connected and back in business. I would absolutely recommend TeamLogic and look forward to using them for all of our IT issues going forward.

I highly recommend Team Logic for all of your computer, service, etc needs. This company has been handling our technology needs for a few years. When an issue arises, I call, and within minutes an order is generated by this company with a follow up phone call from them within a very short period of time. Even during COVID, I ran across issues with my laptop. I sent an email stating what I needed to be taken care of, Team Logic generated an order, one of their reps called and within 30 minutes my issues were resolved. This was just one example of this companies professional way of doing business. If I was to rate this company, I would rate them 10 stars.

TeamLogic IT has been great to work with over the last year and half! The switch over to our new server and expansion of our systems went smoothly and was completed on-time. Having a on-call IT staff has been very important for RCX Inc. Construction to continue to grow and be a very successful grading & paving contractor in Sonoma & Napa county!

Team logic is always prompt professional and informative for a person with my skill level that is a tremendous benefit. Somehow I messed up my Outlook program on my laptop. I called customer care first thing in the morning the day after Christmas. They immediately jumped on my issue. They satisfied my situation and exceeded my expectations. They had great communication and was very easy to work with. I am extremely pleased with our service from TLIT. Thank you for building and leading an organization that attracts and keeps good people.

There some words that few companies in the IT business deserve, but such words define TeamLogicIT. Honesty, Knowledge, High Level of Technical Expertise, truly customer satisfaction oriented, Fair pricing, and above all Timely Results.

We cannot forget the fun of it. Yes, because it is fun to work with the Techs that listen and are always nice and professional. Just to mention some, I personally worked with Andrew, Ray, Kevin, Josh, Dan and I probably forgot to include others justa as good. Last, but not least, Todd Tolly, the grounded businessman that leads this wonderful organization. We, at SonoMarin Cleaning Services, use technology as much as possible to provide our customers the best services possible. However, we honestly could not do that without TeamLogicIT. Period.

We were left months in the dark by a previous vendor with new equipment to be installed, project paid for and the vendor did not have the knowledge to complete the project. TeamLogicIT took the command and completed the project in 2 weeks.

We do not see TeamLogicIT as a vendor. They are a Partner.

I have to work off site on occasion. TeamLogic has solved every issue that I have ever come upon dealing with our intranet through the VPN. Friendly, knowledgeable support, when I needed it.

Great service, extremely knowledgeable. They provide help with hardware, networking, server setup and maintenance, software, planning, and much more. The help desk is great. They are always willing to explain the why and how of what they're doing.

TeamLogic is honest and efficient and accommodating. They worked their work around my calendar so my business didn't miss a beat. They are great to work with.

TeamLogic IT is FANTASTIC! Dan was professional and knowledgeable and got me back up and running quickly. I recommend them highly!
