New construction great apartment and brand new

These apartments are a scam. They took my money after they took all of my information took copies of them to tell me I didn’t qualify they took my $70 for the application fee still waiting for my hundred dollars in the mail for apartment holding fee, it’s been over one month still have not got my hundred dollars in the mail!!!!!!! Bad people. Not professional at all.

I lived here for about 3 years, broke my lease because they couldn’t seem to fix the a/c properly that was an ongoing issue for a year, there was a moisture issue that they couldn’t seem to figure out or just purposely ignored just a small issue to them and a issue for me. The leasing office agent is awful. She keeps the front door locked during business hours; doesn’t care what you need if she’s “busy”. She also purposely doesn’t provide correct phone number for the corporate office, you can’t speak to anybody above her ONLY her. I still have questions about my situation from living there and apparently only her boss can answer that but she’s not willing to provide a number, she tells you to “goggle it” knowing there’s no number to contact anyone above her. She acts clueless, and it’s unprofessional.
